Summers in Ghaziabad are the hottest with temperatures going up quite high, making the region extremely hot. Temperatures during this time range from 42°C in the daytime, especially in the afternoons and eventually drop down to 30°C in the night, making it a little cooler than the day time. The time from the months of April to May are still bearable as the summer does not sink in fully yet, but the months of May and June are the hottest months in the summer season. It is not advisable to visit Ghaziabad during those months due to high humidity and heat.

Temperatures during this time range from 20°C-25°C in the daytime to 5°C-10°C in the nighttime accompanied by cold winds and a very chilly atmosphere. The weather in Ghaziabad is influenced by the Himalayas and Kumaon hills, due to which if snowfall has occurred in Kumaon hills, the city of Ghaziabad gets very cold and temperatures drop massively. The coldest winter months are from January to March and this is also the absolute ideal time to visit the city; you can easily go sightseeing without getting tired from the heat or rain and enjoy the cool climate. If you are visiting during this season, you must carry warm woolen clothing to protect yourself from extreme cold.
