"What's Good: Overall, we had a really nice experience with the travel agent. The planning, coordination, transportation, and overall arrangements were smooth, and everything was well managed throughout the trip. The team was helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance.
What's Not Good: The only area that could be improved was the hotel services. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were a little below expectations, which slightly affected the overall experience.
Apart from that, everything was quite good, and we appreciate the effort put into making our trip comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend them with some improvement in the hotel arrangements and hygiene."

They accepted special request on arranging the Bday celebration of my wife. Arrangements were as per request.

What's Not Good: Kandy resort care taker was good. As he sont know the language, food in kandy hotel was not.
Nothing to do with Oclave, but suggestion is pick the hotel considering the quality of food as well."
