"We have been married for two years, and this was our very first trip together. We wanted it to be special, and choosing Kashmir was the best decision.... After contacting several travel agencies, we chose Wow Kashmir Tours and Travels, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the first conversation until our airport drop, everything was perfectly organized. Their communication was professional, friendly, and trustworthy... From the moment we arrived at Srinagar Airport, everything was very well organised...One of the most memorable experience of our trip was the Dal lake shikara ride,which they arranged for us a Complimentary one.we went during the evening around sunset and the view was absolutely beautiful.Sitting together, enjoying the peaceful Dal lake, watching the sunset,and drinking traditional khawa was a truly Romantic and unforgettable experience for both of us... Wow kashmiri has arranged a wonderful Houseboat stay at Dal lake.Honestly we didn't except such a beautiful accommodation as a part of our package.The house boat was excellent and we would happily give it a five star rating... They arranged a wonderful itinerary that included the Botanical Garden, a beautiful sunset Shikara ride on Dal Lake with Kahwa, a comfortable houseboat stay, a memorable Gulmarg trip with booking Gondola Phase 1 & 2 tickets, a good hotel stay, and delicious food throughout the trip.... They gave us very useful advice about avoiding unnecessary local guides and people who might approach tourists.Because of their proper guidance,we able to enjoy Gulmarg comfortably without any confusion... After completing Gulmarg trip,they picked up on time and dropped us at our hotel...The hotel they arranged was also excellent.. Although it was described as Three star hotel,the overall experience and facilities felt much better than what we expected.They provided Complimentary Buffet Dinner and breakfast including veg and Non veg options....Which was Excellent.... As first-time visitors to Kashmir, we were a little worried, but their guidance, hospitality, punctuality, and care made us feel completely safe and comfortable. Even though we do not speak Hindi, the team communicated very well in English and supported us throughout the journey.Their knowledge about Kashmir and the places we visited was also very good,which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable... Our first trip as a couple became an unforgettable memory because of Wow Kashmir. We highly recommend Wow Kashmir Tours and Travels to anyone planning a Kashmir trip. "Had a wonderful experience with Wow Kashmir tour and travel agency during our Kashmir trip. Rehmat was extremely kind, warm and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. She was always helpful and approachable whenever we needed anything. The stays were very pretty, cozy and comfortable, and added so much charm to our trip. Kashmir is truly magical, with breathtaking landscapes and beautiful peaceful surroundings everywhere. The views, especially around Gurez, were absolutely stunning and unforgettable. Overall, everything was well planned and smoothly managed, and we had a really memorable experience. Just a small suggestion, please don’t take it the wrong way — the complimentary Shikara ride could have been a little better. The ride felt quite slow with frequent stops, so perhaps connecting with more experienced Shikara operators could make the experience even more enjoyable. 😊 Apart from this, everything was really good, beautiful and comfortable. "What's Good: We have just visited Kenya on a 9D/8N safari trip. We have to appreciate the nice arrangements made by Scope Safaris through out our trip.
While food and restaurant service at Jambo Safari Lodge, Maasai Mara could certainly take some improvement, all the properties offered to us, including Jambo, were quite comfortable and pleasantly attractive. Rhino Watch Safari Lodge at Ol' Pejeta and Muthu Lake Country Club at Lake Naivasha were especially beautiful and very well managed.
The game safaris, under the attentive supervision of naturalist and guide Ephentus, were both interesting and delightfully informative. We had a wonderful time viewing so many animals, both game and hunters, and aquatic birds in their natural habitat freely and gracefully moving around at close quarters. At Crescent Island, one could virtually touch the graceful animals. A small disappointment though was that while hoards of wildebeests and zebra were arriving at the southern bank of river Mara, they did not take the plunge and crossover to north despite a daylong wait.
While some of the long road trips could have been somewhat better refined to reduce travel time, overall trip was exceptionally enjoyable and really beyond our expectation.
Pragna and I both sincerely appreciate excellent service from Justus Muli and his team at Scope Safaris keeping in mind our special requirements as senior citizens.
We had a memorable trip which we shall no doubt cherish for a long time.

What's Not Good: As mentioned above, food and food related service at Jambo Safari, Maasai Mara calls for some improvement in terms of variety and quality of preparation. We were required to crisscross and undertake some long road trips which could have been possibly avoided with better planning."

Intially wasn't so sure but harsh made all bookings and arrangements absolutely smooth.Gave us excellent prices and even guided us for better options.
