"What's Good: An achievement that I will cherish! The 5-day Mount Kenya Climbing Expedition on the Sirimon-Sogoria route with Bensia Africa was challenging but incredibly rewarding. Alfred handled all the supplies, from the permits to the equipment, perfectly. Our guide, Simon, was experienced and motivating, he helped us climb rocky valleys and steeps and at the same time shared information about unique plants. Breakfast was tasty and nutritious. Security was at the highest level.

"What's Good: I booked my Thailand trip through this travel agent and overall the experience was good and professional.The agent is India-based, GST registered, and followed the correct government process for TCS, including providing assurance of a proper challan. Package details for accommodation, sightseeing, and local arrangements were well structured. The agent was responsive and willing to explain the components of the package when asked.
What's Not Good: 3 star hotel in phuket was not worth. Very basic and doesn't feel like 3 star hotel."

"What's Good: We had an amazing 6 nights and 7 days Kerala trip with Aswamedham Holidays, and it was truly a memorable experience. Our tour was thoughtfully planned by Mr. Shibin, who customized the entire itinerary perfectly according to our requirements. Before the trip began, a WhatsApp group was created for smooth and hassle-free communication, which made everything very convenient. During the trip as well, Mr. Rajesh, our tour coordinator, regularly checked in with us through calls or WhatsApp messages every alternate day to ensure everything was going well and to see if we were facing any issues. This level of care and concern for clients really shows how much they value customer satisfaction, and that’s what helps a business grow. A special thanks to our driver Mr. Reny Jose, who drove excellently and guided us throughout the journey with detailed information about all the places we visited. Both were extremely humble and down to earth.
