He was extremely prompt in responding and patiently clarified all our queries. From the moment we landed at Bagdogra airport, everything was beautifully organized — smooth transfers, comfortable stays, and a thoughtfully planned itinerary that allowed us to truly experience Bhutan’s serene beauty. Nothing felt rushed, and each day was well balanced. A special mention to our guide, Sangay Nidup, and our driver, Amber, who made the journey even more memorable. They were knowledgeable, patient, and always ensured our comfort. We didn’t just visit places — we experienced the culture, food, and hidden gems of Bhutan. Our package included three hikes in Thimpu, Phobijika valley and Paro. Our guide, Sangay made all hikes very enjoyable and informative sharing his past experiences. He also gave suggestions for shopping in Thimpu/Paro and took us to the local markets and helped us experience the local lifestyle. He was very helpful in taking photos during the trip. The highlight of the trip was the hike to Tiger’s Nest — challenging, but absolutely worth it. The views and the entire experience were simply magical.

"What's Good: Thank you Manish for organising a wonderful tour we enjoyed all the sightseeing and the buses were prompt to pick us up and drop us with tickets and everything being organized. The hotels were nice especially the one in Pattaya which had a swimming pool which only later we came to know about so the last two days I enjoyed the pool. The breakfast at both were Sumptuous the Bangkok hotel was nice but didn't find the front office staff very helpful as they couldn't give us proper directions and information when we wanted to go shopping on the last two days. That was our main problem no one understands English and we were all at sea for directions and other information. Manish you were exceptional as you kept in touch and posted relevant information and at any time of day or night were available for us. Thanks a lot for being so supportive as we were all Senior Citizens.

She also stayed supportive all throughout the trip whenever we needed her help. Even in spite of her festive holiday she helped us when we faced some issues at the trip. Overall it was a great experience
What's Not Good: Out of 3 stays we had in our trip, one of the suggested stay was not upto our expectation. It was not neat and hygienic. Could verify the stays with current reviews and pictures before reservation."
