"What's Good: I was very excited since I booked this tour and it was actually much better than I expected. We started our journey from Nairobi in a very comfortable car. The first day we went to **Hell's Gate National Park**. It was a great experience to get out of the car and ride a bike. Cycling through high mountains and wild animals on both sides of the road is really exciting. The natural scenery was spectacular. Then we went to **Crescent Island**. The boat ride was beautiful as well. We walked instead of the car. I got a chance to get up close and take pictures of giraffes, zebras and different deer, which is not possible in any other national park. The guide explained everything to us. The next day we went to **Lake Nakuru National Park**. We saw a lot of *flamingos* here, the whole lake turned pink. Our guide was very efficient, he showed us the *White Rhino* and the *Horned Rhino* that were very close to the car. We also saw *baboons* and *wild boars*. The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent. I would like to recommend this tour to everyone.

"What's Good: Mr.Rahman who was our sales person from kabir travels and he is an excellent communicator and he replies to us very promptly. overall our experience was good and we have listed down where they have failed to address our concern. we rate Mr.Rahman as an excellent sales person with fast communication skill.
What's Not Good: 1)we have never been informed about the change of vehicle during our road journey from singapoe to Malaysia and we had to change our vehicle after singapore boarder. 2) we expeced you to share the link of visa application on Malaysian boarder and we did not get the same. 3) Genting Highland visit was utter failure due to closure to outdoor activities."
