What's Not Good: The first 2 days resort is ok, lincoln square hotel at Thekkady was good but the food we ordered and the breakfast is ridiculous, house boat could be better it looks like a basic one and old one"

The mist hits you from 100ft away. *Unique Experience*: Walking on the Living Root Bridge in Nongriat. 3000 steps down, but totally worth it. *Villages*: Mawlynnong - Asia’s cleanest Shillong. *Weather*: Carry a raincoat even in "summer". It drizzles anytime. That’s the charm. *Stay*: Homestays in Cherrapunji with mountain views > fancy hotels. *Overall Rating*: 10/10 Meghalaya is not just a trip, it’s therapy. Green, clean, peaceful, and not overcrowded yet. Perfect for nature lovers, couples, and solo travelers. - *Dawki*: Boating on transparent water - *Cherrapunji*: Wettest place, caves waterfalls - *Mawlynnong Riwai*: Living Root Bridge Sky view - *Shillong*: Ward’s Lake, Police Bazar, and cafes with live music - *People*: Khasi people are so polite and helpful Meghalaya hits different because it’s raw and untouched.
