"What's Good: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Aziz Tours during our Sri Lanka trip. Everything was very well organized, from the hotels and transportation to the sightseeing and overall itinerary. We explored some beautiful destinations including Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Galle, Mirissa and Bentota. The Ella train journey was one of the highlights of our trip. Along the way, we experienced beautiful hill-country villages, tea plantations and stunning mountain landscapes. The breathtaking scenery and peaceful surroundings made it a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. 🚂🌿🏔️ Our stay at Araliya Green Hills in Nuwara Eliya was excellent, and Moi Ella Bay in Ella was another memorable stay. The pool experience was superb, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Sri Lankan cuisine, which was yummy and full of authentic flavours. 🍛❤️ We also loved the Mirissa coastal area and its seafood street food. In Bentota, we enjoyed a premium seafood dining experience, which was excellent. 🦞🍽️ The beautiful beach views at both Mandara Resort in Mirissa and Cinnamon Bey Beruwala made our holiday even more special. 🌴🌊 Our driver was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the journey. The Aziz Tours team was flexible and made sure everything went smoothly. "What's Good: The trip was good and I could see everything because of our driver Hitesh. He is so knowledgeable about roads, hotels, markets, weather. I guess this trip would have been incomplete without him.
What's Not Good: Stays and food could have been better. I didn't like the Manali stay. It was not a premium hotel and food was also not good. Echor backwoods villa at Narkanda stay was exceptional but again food was not good."

"What's Good: Had booked a 7 day Kerala tour. At the time of booking, the agent was very prompt in answering all of my queries in great detail. I wanted to travel at a relaxed pace as I was with my 2.5 year old daughter, therefore had decided to cover only Munnar, Allepey and Kochi. Itinerary was as below: 1. Day 1: After landing at Kochi, go to Munnar while checking out few waterfalls which lie along the way. 2. Day 2 and day 3 at Munnar(Tea estates, Botanical garden, Ayurveda garden, Tea museum, Mattupetty Dam, Echo point) 3. Day 4 travel to Alleppey. 4. Day 5 and Day 6 at Allepey(2 hour Shikara ride, Marari beach, temple visit, local market visit) 5. Day 7 travel back to Kochi and take the flight back to Delhi at night. We stayed at Sterling Munnar and The world backwaters, Allepey. Both the hotels had their pros and cons. The approach road towards Sterling Munnar could be fixed as it's a bit rough. In Sterling Munnar, the size of the bed was a bit small(width wise). It was difficult to adjust for us (2 adults and 1 kid) which spoils the experience a bit. Also the food was very very costly (and food choices were a bit less). There were few options right outside the resort so it was not difficult to manage. Good things over there: photo points, child activities, breakfast buffet and laundry cost(very very reasonable). If they can just fix their food prices and bed size then it will become a 5/5 resort for me. The world Backwaters, Allepey has got reasonable food, more options, good location(right besides the Vembanad Lake). Laundry prices were high(compared to Sterling Munnar). They have kids play area and some arrangement for kayaking/boating(didn't try personally). Overall a good stay. Throughout the whole trip, we were given a dedicated air conditioned Ertiga with a dedicated driver. The driver was able to communicate in Hindi and was cooperative throughout the trip. Total cost charges(inclusive of car, hotel stay, Private 2 hour shikara ride and excluding flight tickets) was 51300.
What's Not Good: Overall I was happy with the trip but I think below things could have been better: 1. Initially the resort booked in Allepey was Munnar Sterling but just a day before our visit we were told that it would be better if we could change as there were some sewage issues. We were provided few alternates and I selected the world Backwaters. However I felt that the facilities mentioned on paper for Sterling Allepey were better than what I got in the world Backwaters. 2. I think the stay at Allepey could have been made a day shorter and then I should have stayed for a day in Kochi itself. That way I could have caught Kathakali show in Kochi. Unfortunately there is no Kathakali show in Allepey so I have regret of missing that."
