"What's Good: The trip was organized pretty well. Gurukumar provided a detailed itinerary for the whole trip, making sure we did not miss any of the important attractions apart from the ones we had shortlisted. The time slot allotted to each attraction was justified as it needed that much time to explore the attraction. Hotels provided were quite decent and met our expectations. Vehicle provided was better than what was promised to us.
What's Not Good: The only negative thing of the trip was the driver. He was not very communicative - nor did he share any background about the place we are going to visit. Through out the duration of the trip he hardly spoke a few sentences. So you can imagine traveling in a car with a person who is non communicative. So this was a big let down - it seemed we were travelling in a driverless vehicle. Another let down in this trip was - most of the places had all information, boards and instructions in Tamil language. Being from non-Tamil background, it felt we were illiterate trying to figure out things on our own. This is something Tamil Nadu Tourist Deptt needs to pay attention to if they want to attract more visitors from outside Tamil Nadu."

The hotel provided was comfortable and located near the main area, which made it easy for sightseeing and exploring Mall Road. The driver was polite and guided us through the local attractions like Hadimba Temple, Solang Valley, and Atal Tunnel. Overall, it was a decent experience for a short vacation. The trip covered the major places in Manali within 3 days, and the pricing was reasonable compared to other packages. I would consider booking with them again for future trips with a few improvements in coordination.
