"What's Good: It was an 9 day trip to shimla manali dharamsala and dalhousie. It was an amazing experience over-all everything happened very smoothly. The driver, Sumit bhaiya was very patient and respectful he was very punctual and felt safe to travel with. Our travel advisor, Swara was always available for us and made sure that nothing went wrong. It was an all girls trip so it was a safety concern but everything went really well. Hotels were posh and clean with an amazing balcony view the budget was also very reasonable. Everything was almost too perfect to be true!
What's Not Good: We weren't informed about the kufri sightseeing charges that may add up and also the condition of solang valley before the trip, it may have been very normal for the people there but we are not from that side of the country so we were expecting a full information handout before. But later on it was managed well by the driver and Swara ma'am. The hotel in dharamshala was not upto the mark, the staff over there was a little creepy and we had paid for a deluxe room with balcony for the view but the room was very small and the toilet was very dirty. Otherwise all hotels were nice and the ambience were also great. The food at jde mountain, dalhousie was not good at all we literally ate domino's for those 2 days"

It was a special anniversary trip for us, and from the very beginning, we shared our expectations regarding hotels, places to visit, and the occasion—and she planned everything perfectly. She suggested the best possible itinerary, and thanks to her efforts, we were able to cover North Sikkim along with Namchi and Ravangla, which is not commonly included in most tours. Anuradha is highly professional, and we truly appreciated her transparency throughout the planning process. The drivers were also very friendly and guided us well at every location. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend her services.

"What's Good: Highly cooperative. Moumi of onn tour vacations really helped us set the itinerary according to our wish and within our budget. The cab drivers especially Gopal ji and stays were all great. Stay at lachung was really good(Modern residency). Moumi was always available for any doubts and suggestions.I got to celebrate my birthday in Changulake. Thank you onn tour for making our Sikkim Trip memorable.

"What's Good: I had a very good experience overall with the travel agency. They arranged everything smoothly—bus tickets, hotel stay, food, and cab services—so the trip was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, and the food quality was good, which made the stay pleasant. The cab arrangements were also well-coordinated for most parts of the journey. There were a couple of minor issues. We experienced about a 1-hour power failure at the hotel, and at one location, the cab didn’t have the required permit to enter, which led to around an hour of waiting. These didn’t ruin the trip but could definitely be improved. Overall, a well-managed trip with good service. With a bit more attention to such details, it could easily be a 5-star experience. I would rate it 4 stars.
