Best Countries To Visit In March
The run of winter comes to end in most of the world and spring blooms, this is the happy month of March. With some major holiday goals and chill vibes coming off places like Maldives, Singapore, Dubai, Bhutan etc, March becomes a great time to explore one of these countries. The Southern Hemisphere sees summer’s end at this time and the mercury levels dip to make way for autumn, hence New Zealand and Australia become highly touristy without the added crowds in March. Here is a list of some of the best countries to visit in March, to help you plan your spring/autumn vacation.
Bhutan
Bhutan, a tranquil land of mountains and prayer flags, monks and monasteries, is also an exceptional landscape for trekkers. It is said that this piece of land was once bloodied so badly by war that it became impossible to live here. Then a few Buddhist monks came to these hills and meditated for decades together in order to bring Bhutan to peace again. The country today is so self-content that it considers its Happiness Quotient above its GDP. Bhutan is great for most of the year, but March especially becomes the gateway into a pleasant spring here, with flowers blooming and sun streaming. Temperatures reach up to a pleasant 20°C almost in all parts of the country. The dance festival of Paro Tshechu is also celebrated.

With its amazing cities like New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Las Vegas etc, USA becomes a great destination for your March holidays. With its modern cities and native aborigines, kangaroos and colonial buildings, Australia is a great paradox. March here brings forth autumn, and that means dropping temperatures (not as cold as winter yet). With average temperature of 22°C in Sydney, the weather is lovely and makes for the most ideal time to visit.

Go city-hopping in Australia, from Sydney to Melbourne to Perth to Gold Coast. Each city has something unique, either a colonial charm or a string of beaches, some great amusement parks or national parks.
