Parikia is the capital of Paros island and it is the first place tourists see if they enter by sea, as the main port is here. It has the typical architecture of the other Cyclades with narrow cobbled pathways, blue and white houses and vintage churches. It is a thriving town filled with shops, restaurants, nightlife and tourists. From here you can also travel to other beaches. You can walk through the streets and visit some of its popular sites like the Frankish Castle, the Sanctuary of Asklepios, the Byzantine & Archaeological museums, the Monastery of Logovarda and more.

Visit the Venetian Castle, Agios Ioannis Detis which is located in the coast of Monastiri, the wine museum, the Church of Agios Antonios and more. Panagia Ekatontapiliani

The Panagia Ekatontapiliani church is one of the most famous places to see in Paros. It is a historic Byzantine church that dates back to 326 CE and was believed to be built by Constantine The Great for his mother - Saint Helen. The name literally translates to 'the church with 100 doors'. It is located in the town of Parikia a few meters from the port.

Piso Livadi is a fishing village located towards the south-east of the island. It is a beautiful town with many beaches, beach resorts and traditional taverns. Golden beach, which is located nearby, is known to be one of the best beaches for watersports. During the summer months, the port is busy with tourist boats taking you to other islands.

The beautiful Byzantine church of Agia Triada is famous here. It is made of white marble had rare houses that are valuable Byzantine icons. You can hike down the Byzantine Road to reach the village of Prodromos and the sea.
Kolymbithres Beach

Kolymbithres Beach is one of the most famous beaches in Paros and it is located in Naoussa. Apart from its stunning shade of blue waters and sandy beaches, what is particularly impressive and unique about this beach is the natural granite formations that have been sculpted by the sea and wind over hundreds of years. There are a few restaurants leading up to the beach and you can also hire sun beds and enjoy a few watersports here.
Paros Park

Paros Park is located towards the northernmost side of the island. It is a protected natural park, used for cultural events and spreads over 80 hectares. It is a hidden gem and is a must-visit especially with nature lovers and hikers. There are many walking trails that let you explore the rocky peninsula here. You can also walk all the way up to Faros, a lighthouse built in 1887, to enjoy amazing ariel views of the surrounding nature and mesmerizing sunset.
