Porbandar Railway Station is the nearest railway station to reach the city located at some 3 km from the city center. This station comes under the supervision of Bhavnagar Railway Division of Indian Western Railways. The station has 3 platforms and many trains pass through this station. From Mumbai, there are 3 direct trains which cover a distance of 950 km and take some 17 hours to reach there. From Delhi, it is at a distance of 1390 km and there are a couple of direct trains. From other major cities, you will have to take a connecting train to the nearest big railway stations, either Rajkot Junction which is at 200 km from Porbandar or Jamnagar which is 130 km away from Porbandar.
