While the bus station is rather far from the airport, passengers can take taxis to the station. There are bus services to major cities and popular destinations across the state of Uttarakhand. Visitors can also take trains from the Pantnagar railway station (at about 5 km from the airport) which is again connected to most major destinations in the region. The closest International airport though lies in New Delhi.
