I wish I can give less than 1 star rating. Very very bad experience . Mr ADITYA and Ranjit such a lier person he is not receiving calls and hotel was not booked , I was waiting in lobby for 3 hr with my 1 yr child temp was 9 degree , He was charge from us 3 Night hotel and by “jugad” that is for 2 night only … Mr Aditya is not receiving call from hotel manager , on 2 nd day manager told us that hotel is not paid by Aditya so we have to pay he will not allow us to stay or he will not provide us food too … After long fight and police interference he allow us too stay …. We booked trips for good experience and smooth things another wise we can also plan trip by own…
God see everything just wait and watch

I booked with Tripenure but experience was worst.

Happy with the services from Tripenure team. Thanks to Mr. Aditya for booking nice accommodation in Shimla and Manali. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjeet, who showed us the nice places around Shimla and Manali with safe drive.

Paid 14000 for cab fees versus market rate of 12000. Was informed I won't have to pay a single penny for transportation but I was told to pay for toll charges on mall road. Then again several other charges enroute to viewpoints. Driver was good but communication should be clear.

I booked the trip through tripenure. Gave the hotel 40 km away from the destination without my consent. Cancelled the camping stays at last moment. Didn’t not complete what was mentioned in the package. Driver absconded without informing and we had to return by booking the bus on our own expense in an urgency.

Don’t rely on this company for any trips ever .
They don’t give what they promise.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience with Tripenure during my trip to Nainital. The driver assigned to me seemed unfamiliar with the hotel addresses, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays. Additionally, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay separately for the cab in Nainital, despite being assured that everything was included in the initial package.

When I reached out to Ravinder, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance and understanding. His response, stating that he couldn't help in these situations, left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with Tripenure's customer service.

Overall, my experience with Tripenure was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend their services based on the issues I encountered during my trip.

We had a nice trip with our family towards Delhi and Agra, Special thanks to Ravinder sir for being supportive for arranging things as per our need. We got good vehicle for our sightseeing's and cab driver was very polite and good he guided us very well the only drawback like because of heavy traffic in Delhi we missed some places. The Hotels are very good and the price are reasonable. It is wonderful journey for my kinds and family. Thanks for Tripenure for providing the memorable journey for my family.

The day we reached and checked on itinerary with our driver, there seemed to be a disconnect as it was not shown to him priorly.. also, he planned it well for us rather than the Organizer - MR. SACHIN. Though I had asked him a several times - “are you sure that all spots could be covered as per the said itinerary?”, he was sure and when we actually reached, we couldn’t cover most of the spots though we managed time very very well by cutting down unnecessary time. Please plan it better next time by explaining it well about the locations to customer and don’t do it just for the sake of it.

Thankew so much tripenure for arranging such a memorable trip for us . Special thanks to aditya sir for being so kind and supportive and arranging things as per our requirements. We had great experience over there. Food was extremely good nd hotel services were also good ☺️. Hotel staff was also very generous . And also the candle light date was the best part of the entire trip.

Our Uttarakhand tour plan was very very good arranged by Tripenure.driver was also very familiar and very good in behavior.Hope soon again will go our next destination with Tripenure.

Our trip to Shimla and Manali through TRIPENURE / MR. RAVINDER BISWAL. Ravinder ji is very very great and polite person . Trip It was so beautiful and very well planned. We had loads of time to relax and enjoy the joys of nature. We had a lot of flexibility to change our itinerary according to our needs. Our driver, Mr. Ramu, was brilliant. He is super friendly and ensured all of us were content throughout the journey. He speaks English as well and drives really safely. I would highly recommend him as well as this company for your journeys ahead

We were group of three. They designed the whole trip in a way that most of our time was spent travelling and the whole schedule they made no sense. The only good thing was our driver and our stay in Jibhi. Never go through this tour

The trip was excellent.From Delhi onwards the vehicle & Driver was with us. We covered all our planned locations. It was a full family enjoyment trip. Thanks to the associated trip coordinator & vehicle Driver.

I recently booked a tour package with Tripenure for a trip to Mussorie and Dehradun, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about this company.

From the beginning, Tripenure promised us a luxurious and hassle-free vacation, but it was nothing like what they advertised. Here are some of the issues I encountered:

Misleading Information: Tripenure's quotation presented an attactive tour plan for the trip, but the reality was far from it. The accommodations were subpar, and we had to deal with frequent inconveniences.

Unreliable Customer Service: When issues arose during the trip, getting in touch with Tripenure's customer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when we needed assistance with various problems.

Hidden Costs: They had clearly mentioned that there will be no hidden cost, however, I paid additional money for Parking during the trip. This felt like a scam to squeeze more money from unsuspecting customers.

Unfulfilled Promises: Many of the promised activities and amenities were either canceled or poorly organized. Our itinerary was constantly changed without prior notice.

Overall Disappointment: Our trip to Mussorie and Dehradun was supposed to be a memorable experience, but it turned into a nightmare, thanks to Tripenure's unprofessionalism and dishonesty.

I strongly advise anyone considering booking a tour package with Tripenure to think twice. They are not a reputable company, and their promises are empty. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable and trustworthy tour operator. I regret my decision to book with Tripenure and hope that sharing my experience will prevent others from falling into the same trap.

Worst Experience, worst team, they'll say 3* Hotel and gave oyo room in delhi Worst hotel .Consider my review as 100% accuracy and do not choose this company if you wanna go on a peaceful Vacation, my trip was 6 nights and 7 days trip Shimla Manali from Hyderabad, until you pay token amount they will be back on you, once it is done there is no response from their end, and driver was also worst as he'll get commission in every point , paragliding and river rafting they told us for 12k , wherein driver will get commission of 5 to 6k, we refused to go on that counter , we choose other counter over online booking which was very reasonable price, from that day started driver also started acting weird he doesn't want to show any places to us, he was like whatever you want to do please do. And we informed to these people regarding this no response,and tried calling them many times no response , worst company ,they offer for less price later they will collect in all the ways possible, Ankita, Aditya , Ravinder worst people.

I was skeptical about choosing a random travel agency from the internet but i think it was worth it. The effort of the agent Ravinder Ji to be on the call whenever required during the trip was quite impressive. They put the best in plate as per your budget. Would definitely give a thumbs up.

I had a very bad experience on the way to my trip in 2 different location in Rajasthan.
At last moment they text me a msg that ur hotel booking is cancelled
Just 6 hrs before check-in.
And then worst is not end they made you cry very badly for your refund
If anyone going to book through Tripenure.
Suggest all not to take any trip advice or hotel booking, package from tripenure

Overall trip was ok. But few important point that's matter for and I did not get:
1) I did not get good seat in bus, got last seat which is never a comfortable one
2) hotel was clean and food is good. Really happy with hotel.
3) cab driver was not supported, last day of my trip was waste because of driver.

I had taken a package of shimla trip I was said your room will be decorated with flowers plus Keshar milk nd all I paid complete amount after I visited to shimla their was no such things done room was decorated with balloons one glass of normal milk I paid extra money for decoration milk nd everything but nothing was done with zero refund.

The professionalism and personalised care given by Ravinder was excellent . Even when he was on leave ensured the trip was great. The hotel they had in Dharmshala was at heart of city and very buzzing with activity but rooms were quiet ! The dalhousie hotel was a bit far off , but hotel excellent as were the staff.

Recently one of my senior planned a trip through tripenure agent for travelling to Tirthan Valley. However, the services provided was of worst quality. Hotel was not booked as promised. Driver was not ready to travel to any places and the contact person of tripenure didn't do anything. Complete waste of money.

I recently had the misfortune of booking a trip (3N/4D Super Deluxe package of Rs 34,450 through Tripenure) through what can only be described as the most atrocious travel agent in existence. If there is one thing I can warn you against, it is to never, under any circumstances, trust this agent with your travel plans. This individual is a menace to the industry, preying on innocent travellers. This entire experience was a never-ending saga of disappointment, frustration, and downright deceit. I implore you to stay as far away from this travel agent as humanly possible. Brace yourself for the countless ways they managed to ruin my trip.
To start, the travel agent failed to fulfill even the most basic obligations outlined in the itinerary. Sightseeing? Forget about it! The agent seemed to have absolutely no regard for the carefully planned attractions and activities I had looked forward to. Instead, I was left wandering aimlessly, trying to salvage what was left of my ruined trip. It was clear they had zero respect for my hard-earned money and the effort I put into outlining my expectations. Every aspect of the trip seemed to be a haphazard mess, leaving me in a constant state of confusion and anger.
To make matters even worse, they provided me with a homestay instead of the promised super deluxe accommodations for which I have paid for.
But hold on, there's more! The cab service arranged by this travel agent was an absolute disaster. The driver was consistently late, unprofessional, lacking in basic knowledge of the local area, and seemed to have a complete disregard for basic road safety. The vehicle was in terrible condition, with a nauseating stench. It was a constant battle to convince the driver to take me to the destinations specified in the itinerary, and the ones they did manage to find were often subpar and unimpressive.
But that's not all. As the trip neared its end, I mustered the courage to confront the agent about the disastrous experience. I explained that I would not be paying the remaining 30% of the total cost since they had utterly failed to provide any semblance of the promised services. What I received in return was a shocking display of aggression and threats.
This travel agent had the audacity to claim that I had to clear the remaining amount directly with the hotel and cab, as they conveniently pocketed the 70% advance payment I had made. It became abundantly clear that this individual had no intention of passing on the funds to the rightful recipients. It was a blatant act of theft and an outright breach of trust.
In conclusion, I urge you to stay as far away as possible from this travel agent. Their failure to provide services as per the agreed itinerary, put me in a homestay instead of the promised super deluxe accommodations, and offered a cab service that bordered on dangerous combined with their blatant theft of funds, is a clear indicator of their true nature. Do not fall victim to their deceitful practices. Your well-being, sanity, and hard-earned money are far too valuable to be subjected to such an abhorrent individual. Spare yourself the anguish and find a reputable, trustworthy travel agent instead. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

They promised honeymoon inclusion but they are not picking up the call after full payment. No candle light dinner and cab driver is also a tour. Never booked with Tripenure.

The service was not upto mark, did not delivered quality transportation, hotels were not in the city of travel destination, they were always nearby village.
Also every morning, I have to call them to pay hotel bill and let me checkout for further journey although I paid them in advance.
Never received any hotel contacts or location until I call them twice.

Hotel Experience was not good hotel is under constructed and breakfast and dinner was not buffet system very limited option ,geyser also not worked and Electricity issue (Hotel does not have Generator or Invertor Facility).

Not professional people. Vehicle provided was not good.

I have booked my Himachal 5N-6D package from Tripenure,and specially thanks to Mr. Ravinder sir for making our good memories with my all friends and it was great experience..
