Ours was a girls trip to Kashmir and Burooj travels made it a memorable one for us! On the first day in Srinagar, Mr. Faizal picked us up from the airport and took good care of us until we checked in and settled at our first accommodation. The following day Mr. Ajiz accompanied us and he was there throughout the trip. We wanted to experience snow and hence, had chosen to visit Kashmir in the month of February. The snowfall and weather conditions in Srinagar and Sonmarg were enjoyable, we had a pleasant day. However, as we approached Gulmarg and Pahalgam, it started snowing severely, the roads were extremely slippery making it difficult for us to drive. Despite the poor weather and driving conditions, our driver was patient and managed to take us up until certain points and arranged for chained cars and alternative cabs to reach our accommodations and sightseeing spots. He took good care of everything, stayed connected and made sure that we were safe. Regarding the accommodations, the house boat stay was exceptional. The other accommodations and services offered were decent to good, considering the locality and weather conditions. Overall we had a wonderful experience and Kashmir is definitely the heaven on earth! Thanks to the team for making this trip happen.. Would definitely recommend it for people who are planning to visit Kashmir with friends or family!

Had an amazing, memorable and safe trip to Kashmir with Burooj travels. Loved the way how our tour coordinator Nowsheen had organised everything. She was extremely helpful and very prompt and professional throughout. She was in touch with us throughout our tour of kashmir. Cab driver Jibran was also friendly and punctual. Accommodation and food was good. Had an amazing trip with Burooj Travels. Loved the way everything was organised. Our driver Mr. Salim was very kind & co-operative and made us feel really homely. Only one thing to mention about the tour is, since it rained the day we reached, the temperature had dropped quite a lot in Srinagar. As we had a kid along, we requested the houseboat staff to provide us with a heater, but sadly we were disappointed there. They could have been a bit considerate there. Except for that everything else went well. Not to forget Ms. Numeira, our trip co-ordinator who was very helpful & accommodating in building our itinerary. She was always there to attend our queries.We were very apprehensive before visiting Kashmir, but I must mention that the people here are truly welcoming. Kashmir is very much safe for tourists and truly a paradise. Definitely look forward to visit again. Thanks for making our holiday a memorable one :)

We booked the Kashmir trip given a very short notice and the team of Burooj Travels especially Ms. Numaira, John (head) and Shaukat (our chauffeur) had planned it beautifully. We booked it for 6 nights (2 Pahalgam, 2 Gulmarg, 2 Srinagar) and all the properties were top rated considering the fact everything was sold out when we were planning it. Big thanks to Shaukat, he is an excellent driver and a great companion on the road. We had an early morning flight and he made sure that we catch it on time, he waited for us at 5:30 am in freezing cold at Srinagar with a smile on his face. He is fun loving and had an amazing collection of songs and stories of Kashmir. He even helped us in bargaining on local shops and activities at Gulmarg Numaira planned the itinerary amazingly keeping every small detail in mind as we are vegetarians and very specific about the properties, and since there's a huge crowd turning up in Kashmir, all the good properties were sold out but they still managed to book all the good hotels (4-5 star) and the top category rooms for us. John (head) met us twice on our trip and made sure it's going flawless, his hospitality was commendable and we are looking forward for our next trip to Kashmir and Ladakh with Burooj Travels only. It was an awesome experience booking our Kashmir trip with Burooj Travels. All our questions were thoroughly answered. We were very skeptical about payment terms, airtickets booking, stay, security and fooding. I think these concerns are all very common with all the travellers from all over India. We called them multiple times and they answered patiently everytime. They also made us feel comfortable and made us trust them by allowing part payments. Our all concerns were well dealt.
