Well planned for a group of 14., to Thailand.arrangements made from Chennai to Phuket Bankok, changmayi. Overall very Happy. Few glitches as expected.The drivers to transfers didn't know English.. Recommend travel case for your holiday planning, they have helped with checking in our flights and seamless transfer to hotels and airports.communication with day to day itinerary.Hotels were Nice.Vehicles very comfortable. Recommend you look through your connection flights.I didn't check our return flight which was booked in with a stop.we had to pick our luggage and rebook to destination. Thank you. Traveling with Travel case company experience is next level and amazing. I am deducting one star only because the person who was managing my trip in dubai mian naseem haider. He was not proffesional and cooperative. But otherwise Full Marks to My Dear Ranjan who was Managing my trip. Picking up my calls on time. I would love to travel with them again and again. They have planned my trip in luxurious way. Muskan was also helpfull in managing my trip. Overall trip was So Good. Thank you for making my trip amazing. Special thanks to my brother Ranjan ❤️?
We booked a trip to Thailand, specifically Phuket, with Travel Case, and it was absolutely amazing! The way their team helped us with things like packing, travel rules, and even the little details to ensure our trip was perfect was truly impressive. From booking our flights to arranging our hotel, everything was done with great attention to detail and sophistication. The team was there for us every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly. The resort they booked for us was not only luxurious but also surprisingly affordable, and we had a beautiful view of the beach. The resort's location was incredibly peaceful, and the hotel staff were very helpful and professional. I also want to give a big shoutout to our guide who personally took care of us, from picking us up to dropping us off wherever we needed to go according to our package. Every day of the trip was filled with excitement and fun activities. Thank you so much, Travel Case especially Bikram sir for making our trip unforgettable! The Dubai Trip was Awesome and the itinerary created by Ranjan was great but i am reducing two starts as i didnt like the below points: 1) After Mr. Ranjan left the way my package was handled was not great. 2) The flights booked were very bad. I didnt get to choose any seat and also the crew lied about giving us the window seat. I am greatful that the people handling in dubai are amazing and provided great support and we enjoyed alot there. Hotel was perfect and SIC were great.

"A fear of deficiency in services was very high from the inception of the journey as it was our first international visit..... But the way Travel Case have served us through out the whole trip, we are truly overwhelmed. . Their services added flavours to lovely trip of dubai....i am extremely happy with the precise management of Ms. Surbhi and her team with 0% discontentment and 100% satisfaction. Terrible Trip Planning & No Accountability - Extremely Disappointed We booked our recent Goa trip through Neha, My Travel case and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Despite recent Google reviews showing that the hotel was not up to the mark, the agent still recommended the property, and we ended up facing several issues that ruined our stay. We trusted the agent blindly without checking recent Google review. Unresponsive & Argumentative Coordinator: When we raised our concerns, instead of addressing them, the coordinator began arguing, citing last year's reviews of the hotel. They even tried to educate us on what to expect from a 3-star property, completely ignoring the fact that we were struggling during our stay. The lack of basic sense and empathy was shocking. No Apology or Compensation: There wasn't even a basic apology from the coordinator for the issues we faced. Despite paying the entire amount before check-in, we weren't offered any form of compensation—either a refund or an alternative arrangement like a free evening cruise or transportation from the agent's side would have been the least they could do. No Escalation Point or Senior Oversight: What made matters worse was that, throughout our communication, the coordinator never looped in their senior team. This is concerning, as it shows that there is no oversight over what the coordinator is doing and no escalation point for us to raise our concerns with someone more capable of handling them. Poor Planning & Payment Policy: The trip planning was subpar, and requiring 100% payment upfront is highly disappointing, especially when the experience turned out to be so poor. At least 30-40% of the payment should have been left until after check-in to ensure satisfaction. I would not recommend booking through you to anyone. The lack of customer service, accountability, and proper planning made this a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
