Package was excellent and the way they have planned the trip was very good. Good places good timings and everything they have taken care. Pick and drop service was very good. Teena has managed the service and she is excellent.

Had an enjoyable trip with family arranged with SSc travel. Everything went well from booking to the tour itself. Friendly & attentive tour guide, Billy as well as efficient driver, Tony made trip memorable. Lots of interesting sights and fun activities to do.

Very good tour guide. She accompanied us to the night markets and brought us around all the attractions. Food served were very good, very authentic and tasty. Driver is good too, very friendly and accommodative.

We had a great and amazing time in Hanoi, Halong Bay, Danang and Hoi An. From the beginning when I found SSC thru Facebook, I knew tis would be my travel operator in Vietnam as the reviews were all fantastic. Big thank you to tour agent LILY, who’s so prompt in her reply and great suggestions too. We could change to hotels of our choice and she could accommodate what we wanted. Throughout the trip all the tourist guides were good, kind and knowledgeable. We especially like this guide NAM who spend the whole day till end of cruise in Danang which was around 10pm. Such a gem. Also we had some great seafood at Danang when lily realised that we love seafood. Will definitely recommend SSC to frens. Thanks again Lily for the great job and the gifts.

My family of 17 people visited Danang, Hue and Hoi An from 9/3-13/3/23 under SSC Viet Nam Travel.We sincerely would like to convey our heartfelt thanks to Ms Lily and Ms Tina for excellent services.Everything was well arranged and perfect.Ms Lily and Ms Tina would willingly respond promptly to my enquiries and made many amendment to the itinerary and selection of hotels to comply with my requests.Great service! These two ladies would keep close track on our daily tour and meals to make sure that we were doing fine and were happy and comfortable with what they had arranged for us.My family really enjoyed thè ample of sumptuous food provided each day and most of the meals were served in a relaxing and romantic atmosphere.Ms Tina even went extra miles to help my family to buy foodstuff from Hoi An and had them delivered to our hotel in Danang.SSC Viet Nam Travel even arranged a birthday cake for one of my nephews and it was delivered to the restaurant by Ms Lily.Such gesture made our stay in Danang an awesome and more memorable one.The tour guide, Ms Hue who was assigned to us was another wonderful lady.Her jovial character with full of humour made our tour more amazing and enjoyable. Our family of eight joined a 5D4N private tour to Hoi An-Da Nang-Hue under SSC Viet Nam Travel as recommended by a friend in March 2023. We would like to thank Ms Tina for the wonderful and perfect arrangement in terms of accommodation, itinerary, food, transportation and tour guide. Upon arrival at the airport, we were received by our tour guide and the driver who lead us to a 9 seater MPV. In the first two nights, we were put up in Delicacy Hotel in Hoi An. It is a four-stars hotel but I would rate it as a five-stars hotel in their services and facilities. We like its pool-view family room and the pool-view premier double room which are very spacious, clean and nicely decorated with super cool air conditioner. Special thank to Ms Tina for upgrading our standard double room to premier double room. Ms Tina is a very dedicated, trustworthy, experienced, caring and helpful lady. She is always available whenever we need her help. We would like to convey our appreciation and gratitude to Ms Tina in making special arrangements for us especially when five of our members were having food poisoning after taking the buffet lunch in a hill resort. She bought us some medicines, ordered special dishes for our members who were sick and hired an electric tourist coach for us when we were visiting the Imperial City in Hue. Thank you so much for the care and concern, all our family members recovered from the illness after taking the medicines. We had an amazing and memorable travel experience with the tour agent. I would strongly recommend SSC Travel for your trip to Vietnam as they are very professional with excellent hospitality and reasonable price.

we had planned for 10 nights trip with SSC Viet Nam Travel in dec 2022 for 7 pax. it was a well planned/organised from the company `s side. Dedicated travel agent performed well. Ms. Tina was the agent, this review is for her service. she was available all the time to assist irrespective of late nights, sorted out minor issues well in time without any consequences. Ms Tina is well experienced and connected lady, we truly express our love to her. hotels, cruise, drivers, travel guides were all great and fun. Being in a foreign land not much english connected though, we were able to enjoy coz of the SSC travel agency. thumbs up for them. *KATHI

We are the family of 3 heads have overwhelmed in Vietnam in December Christmas time ⛄ ⛄ 2022 with SSC Traveling company specially Mrs Tina - young,energetic,familiar, careing lady for their arrangement with 7 seater best branded cars,4* hotels in good location with English speaking guide with fabulous breakfast, lunch and Dinner . We found SSC through one of our friend who had visited Vietnam earlier. From Day 1 it was a very hassle-free process, from planning the places to customising the itinerary as per our requirement, they were very flexible. We did a 9 day trip covering Hanoi, halong Bay, Ninh Binh & Sapa. The entire trip went very smooth. Tina was extremely co-operative & helpful throughout the process, she was available anytime we had a query.

On the last day of our trip, one of their agents met us in person & checked with us on how the trip went & if we had any feedbacks for them. That was a very great gesture. Also we received a gift from them, that was very special!

We would highly recommend SSC, looking forward to visit again!

The complete tour covering the north, mid and south Vietnam was very well organised. The whole trip was executed very systematically without any major glitches and was delivered as promised.
All the tour guides were friendly, helping and knowledgeable.
Not to forget the tour agent Ms. Tina also was very social, co-operative, understanding and was available for any assistance throughout the trip.
Would definitely recommend this travel agency to my friends.

Best deal I got from this travel company...undoubtedly magnificent staffs, their tour guides (Smiley & Vin ..just stole our hearts with their in depth knowledge of their own culture and surprisingly good knowledge of Indian culture too..omg..I must say these guys were astonishing in their way and they are keen learners too..so unlike tourist guides who just keep on babbling their just scripted tour notes so if u get good luck you may find two amazing friends for life!! Just like me..I bet!! ) , cab provided were all SUVs in nearly new condition ..hotels were pretty decent ,amazing (Lenid Tho Hotel in Ha Noi and Gold Plaza Hotel in Da Nang ,4 star hotels, free buffets ,good locality of both hotels, like Lenid Tho in center and Grand Plaza is like 10 mins ride from Da Nang Airport which was hell amazing for me❣) more i would write n post pics of hotels separately on their websites later on..so let's continue with this wonderful Travel company
