The resort suggested was Deshadan Mountain Resort - The highest resort in Munnar. It was handled with professionalism and great attention. Our itinerary was well-planned, perfectly balanced between pickup and drop at Railway station, sightseeing, local experiences, and downtime. The transport was comfortable and punctual, and all arrangements ran smoothly — which allowed us to just relax and enjoy the journey with my family. A special thanks to the driver Mr Sathish, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. Their insights into the local culture, history, and hidden gems truly enriched our trip. Tamizhan trails organised a two day family trip to yelagiri for us, and it was completely enjoyable and a good value for the money, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and sightseeing and the service is really good. And they co-ordinated through phone from start to end of the trip, i will definitely prefer their tour packages in the future too and also i strongly recommend them if you are looking for last minute trip plans. We had a pleasant experience with the vehicle and the driver in Kodaikkanal. The vehicle was clean and well maintained with comfortable seats, A/C and ample luggage space. The driver was patient, cooperative and punctual.

We had hired a Tempo Traveler for 2 days, to see in and around Kodaikanal. The vehicle seated 15 of us, including kids, comfortably. The driver was very obliging. He arrived well before schedule and received us at the railway station. We had good food at the hotel he showed us. He was time conscious throughout the trip. He took us to all the places we asked him to, at the time convenient to us. At the end , he ensured that we reached the railway station on time. We had a hassle free experience and would recommend this travel company highly.
