Once more, I want to express my gratitude to Jeremy Travels and Binay in particular for making this trip possible. Everything went perfectly, including the organisation, planning, and excellent driver (Passang). Binay welcomed us warmly in Rangpo, Sikkim, while donning the customary ceremonial scarf (Khada), which symbolises purity and compassion. A tour of 8 nights and 9 days includes stops in Gangtok, Lachen, Lachung, Peling, and Darjeeling. Must see Baba Mandir, Tshango Lake, and Nathula Pass. At Zero Point, Kalapathtar, and Gurudomgar Lake, I had incredible experiences (Live Snowfall).

The Sikkim Trip(My Honeymoon trip) which I booked through TravelTriangle(Ankit Shrivastva) -Jeremy Travels.
The whole trip was arranged by Miss Rehana Madam, very professional lady, good in communication and guest dealing, she took care of all my needs and all the requests(from iternary to food and special requests and everything).
We were welcomed in a traditional way by the team of Jeremy Travels at their office location in Rangpo, which was a really nice gesture.
The hotel arranged (Royal heritage(Gangtok) and Lachung Dezong(Lachung)), were really good.
Royal heritage hotel and Lacuhng Deezong hotel had all the facilities(Hot Water, Good Food ,special attention to guests need), only wifi was not there in Lachung Deezong hotel.
Then comes the Non sharing basis Cabs facility provided by Jeremy Travels, which was one of the best have ever experienced till now, all the 3 Cab drivers we got were really friendly and respectful (Stephen daju, Keshab daju and Bivek Daju)(Daju= Brother/Bhai) very calm, composed, patient guys , very well experienced in driving in hilly areas, never for a second felt unsafe with them.
I really want to thank them from bottom of my heart.
and at the end of the trip, we again met with Rehana and shared our trip experience and they presented us a parting gift also.

PS: As a curious guest in unknown location I had called/texted Rehana g for all kinds of small confirmations in early morning and late evenings as well, she was always there to acknowledge us and to make us feel safe and clear our doubts.

Our trip was awesome, all tours, hotels and city sight seeing was really good by Jeremy travel. But only one thing was really disappointed me due to closing of nathula pass and tsongo lake.

Shri Bivek Rai and his team consisting of Rehena Begum and other members did a great service to make our trip more memorable and we really enjoyed the tour. The driver was excellent. However he needs to be advised not to overtake on hilly terrain very often. Otherwise the driver Pai Chung was very courteous and prompt. Overall Jeremy Travels has done a great job. Keep it up.

We hired taxi for 6 days just last week. Mr.Keshap drove the taxi and took us all around the beautiful Sikkim.. A personal attention is what you need when you visit a new place with your family and the same was provided by Jeremy travels. The arrangement was good,Gangtok Hotel,White Conch Residency, could be better,it was veg hotel,we are non veg,so please book hotel as per tourist food preference,car & driver were good,overall arrangement was good.

We had been to Sikkim and Darjeeling for 9D, 8N (Gangtok, Lachung, Namchi, Pelling and Darjeeling). I must say the arrangements made by Jeremy Travels for our trip was excellent. Binay Rai was very helpful in selecting the package for this trip similarly, Kesav was very helpful in opting right timing for sightseeing in Gangtok, Lachung and Namchi. Especially the Zero-point view was mesmerizing.

Accommodation provided in the Pelling and Gangtok were excellent. However, the accommodation in Lachung was moderate. The Darjeeling accommodation was poor even there were issues in water supply and moisture is visible in the room walls even there is no lift in the hotel.

I would suggest you to provide the detailed itinerary along with travel document in advance will help the traveller to plan well.

Special thanks to Binay doing good work, who picked my call without any hesitation and acknowledged everything I asked for. One more point, I would appreciate is, followup he made every day with the outcome. He regularly called me and checked if everything is going good. Overall a great experience, we are satisfied with this trip and will plan the future trips with you. Thanks a lot.

We had a plan of going to Sikkim n Darjeeling in the first week of October 2019. We went through the reviews of many travellers n we found that the reviews for Jeremy travels was the best . We had demanded for an itenary from Jeremy travels and others . We had only 6nights and 7days , where we had to cover Darjeeling, pelling, lachung and gangtok . Though it was an hectic schedule, Binay accepted the deal and planned for us accordingly. He spoke with us frankly how hectic our journey would be , accordingly he arranged a very good driver Mr. Keshap Thapa n a luxury car for us . No other travelers accepted for this hectic schedule . Even after reaching there, he kept up each and every word that he had spoken with us . Also he was taking a day-to-day feedback . Mr. Binay personally met us twice .
They work in a systematic manner , with open discussion. Their main motto is to fulfill the requirements of customer needs satisfactorily . On the whole their service is very good .

Mr. Keshap Thapa was sincere , honest and always smiling . He always tries to help the tourists in every aspect . He never grim of anything.

I had thoroughly researched on Sikkim tourism and want to explore it in detail . At the same time I hate the rush tour operators make.

The travel agents crafted the whole trip so excellently and the drivers who picked and dropped both were good. It didn't feel like I was talking to the travelling agents when we had a conversation, it felt more like I know them. They kept updating me with any changes and also made me comfortable with my stay by letting me know about the changes (if any) in the trip.. would love to travel back again via the same agents.

Professional Planner for Perfect vacation in Darjeeling and Sikkim. I booked my Vacation through Sunita Tamang of Jeremy Travels for 8 N 9 Days (After I had other three travel agency shared their itinerary with me) Quotation from Jeremy was on a higher side but I picked them as I liked their professionalism. My trip included Darjeeling, Gangtok, Namchi, Lachen and Lachung. Hotels offered by Jeremy travels were good, except one at lachen.

I would specifically call out three things that I and my family liked.
* Our Tourist Driver Keshaw Thapa, A gem of a person who speaks less but makes you feel the rich sikkimese culture. Strongly recommend him for sikkim tour.
* Yangthang Heritage Gangtok and Sumitel Spa Darjeeling perfect host for tourist. Food and staff both are superb.
* Darjeeling Zoo, Char Dham temple and scary yet exciting drive in Sikkim.

We had taken the Sikkim, Darjeeling tour with Jeremy Travels in month of April, 2019. Thanks to Jeremy to make it a memorable one.
Entire Jeremy team including Mr Bivek and Mr Binay is prompt in their services.
The hotels booked for us in Pelling, Gangatok and Darjeeling were pleasant and satisfactory. Even the hotel staff at Gangatok and Pelling is very humble and service is up to the mark.

All the 3 drivers were well mannered and made us feel comfortable. We could not make it to some points due weather conditions and time limit but drivers were skillful enough to drive us back yo hotel safely.

First of all a special thanks to Binay who from day 1 helped in getting all the things planned in a right way... We started our trip from Chennai on 23rd April... The places visited are Gangtok, Lachung and Darjeeling... Our first stay was in Yangthang heritage in Gangtok... We reached the place around 4 in the evening and it was fully covered with mist... The next day morning we woke up with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains from our window... It was awesome... We dint expect this view to be so beautiful. The hotel was neat and food was really good... Wen booking hotels make sure it is a non-veg because most of the hotels in Sikkim aserve only veg.... The must see places are Tsangu lake and Nathula pass... The temperature in Nathula was -2 and it was freezing cold... We stayed 2 nights in Gangtok and then moved to North Sikkim a place called Lachung... A remote village where we can see only snow capped peaks. We stayed in Etho Metho.. Rooms were clean and neat... the rooms size was small and nothing to expect more with the scenery around... The hotels in Lachung are very basic... Browse a lot before booking hotels in Lachung... The travel from Gangtok to Lachung was really good... With half roads and crossing the falls were good... From Lachung the route to Yumthang valley and Zero point was mesmerizing... The view especially... When choosing the car for travel you can either take Innova or BRV... They are in the luxury segment and suitable for the roads .. Binay thoughtfully suggested it and was nice of him...Permit is needed for every location which would be taken care of the travel guy... Darjeeling we booked a property named Sumitel Yashree... It's a new hotel and lift was not yet ready .. Since it's a new hotel we were given the menu card where we can order anything from the menu... The rooms were really good but no view from the room .. overall I would like to thank Binay who picked my call without any hesitation and acknowledged everything I asked for... If you guys are planning for a trip to Sikkim you can blindfolded and give it to Jeremy travels who can make the trip of life time ... One thing I would appreciate more is the follow up he made every day with the outcome... He regularly called me and checked if everything is going good... Overall a great experience... Traveling to Sikkim had been in my mind since a very long time and it bore fruit recently in mid- April 2019. I scoured all the travel websites for a perfect package because I wanted to take my parents along with me and everything had to be perfect.

I went through lots of operators, itineraries, reviews and shortlisted three operators including Jeremy Travels. I contacted all 3 operators and understood Jeremy Travels is the one based on their responses. I got in touch with Mr. Binay of Jeremy Travels and we got off to a good start. He understood our requirements and quickly set up an itinerary. He was extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries, which is seldom found in service providers these days and I am writing out of experience.

The day arrived and we reached Rangpo where Jeremy Travels operates from. We found Mr. Binay and his brother Mr. Bivek ready to welcome us with a ceremonial scarve called Khada used in Buddhist culture to welcome guests.

When we actually met Mr. Binay for the 1st time, it felt like we had known him for a long long time, he was courteous and instills confidence with his ever-beaming smile. We felt reassured. Sikkim was waiting for us.

Mr. Binay was in contact with us throughout our journey (he always knew when phone network would be available) and everything went more than perfect. The drivers were experienced and dauntless (you will understand why when you have travelled the ghat roads), the hotels booked for us were very comfortable except for the one in Lachen which felt a bit cramped (which was duly noted by Binay Ji).

Sikkim was good to us, it showed us everything imaginable from lush green mountains to snow-capped Himalayas, from amazing people to the grandeur of mother nature. I look forward to visiting again and explore more.

I really have no other remarks and request Jeremy Travels to begin their operations in more places.

It was a very good experience with Jeremy Travels. Places were covered as per the itenarary and they were flexible to change as per our requirement. Driver Mr Keshaw Thapa is a very nice companion, he had absolutely no tantrums about time we spent in each place in Sikkim. Very calm, careful and seasoned driver. I would recommend Mr.Keshaw for all the other travellers like us!!


Only thing they need to work on is the choice of hotels for the night stay. If they could give the customer various choices of hotels and set the expectations upfront, it would be useful.

Trip was superb Jeremy Travels staff Is Also Good and friendly but They arrange two driver for 3 - 3 days and One Driver’s not good in trip.

We had visited Gangtok and North Sikkim and Jeremy travels offered us first class service. Mr.Binay Rai and his team had taken utmost care of us. They were very flexible in customizing the itinerary for us. The hotel stays were very pleasant. Drivers were pretty decent and vehicles were in good condition. They also ensured that we are happy and fine by getting regular updates. Overall our experience with them was excellent.

Best part senic journey with memorable life experience.Service is very good.Lanchen,lanchun hotel was not luxurious but the service and food was very good.Yuru Hotel location at Kalingpong is awsome.Suggestion for tourists with children to North Sikkim instead of 3 days it should be 4 to avoid hectic travel.In Gangtok getting taxi from hotel and reaching to vehicle is finding difficult with kids..so hotel location should be such from where vehicle directly pick to families is preferred.Location like Kala Pather,zero point should be part of iteniery since it's hardly 15-20km from regular plan..

Our tour was arranged by Jeremy travels, everything was superb, nice hospitality, beautiful scenic hotels, awesome food, and importantly Mr.Binay Rai our trip organiser was so coperrating,responsible and caring. Jeremy travels had done their best. Bivek on behalf of the company was following closely. Gangtok hotel was good, lachun fortunate was tolerable but lachung fortuna was horrible-no current, poor food and v.poor service.Oerall Jeremy was ok
