I was suggested first flights by a family member who had gone to Kashmir and had good experience with them. I contacted Jamsheed sir with my queries for trip and received in detailed itinerary. Prices quoted were apt for their services. We requested him to suggest off beat location to enjoy places better and we were given a wonderful option. Our itinerary was for 6D/5N. Srinagar, doodhpatri, Pahalgam and Gulmarg were our destinations. We also got a stay upgrade from the agency which was a kind gesture. We were briefed about everything the previous day itself and it helped us to have a hassle free trip. Any issues faced were addressed by Jamsheed sir immediately. He also helped us with online tickets whenever it was needed. This in turn saved us a lot of time. Special shout out to Mustaq who was an amazing driver and helped us better with exploration and negotiation of prices on premises activities. This was our first trip to Kashmir “Heaven on Earth” and we were left mesmerised by its untouched beauty and it became possible with the sincere efforts of Mr Jamsheed & team who made us feel very comfortable and safe throughout our holiday right from landing in Srinagar to taking off from Srinagar . We visited Sonmarg , Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Srinagar accompanied personally by Mr UZAIR. Our journey began with city tour of Srinagar which in itself is very beautiful and is only the tip of ice berg so to say followed by Sonmarg , Pahalgam and Gulmarg which have made us fall in awe of Kashmir and made it a must visit again destination. Those who want to visit Kashmir First Flight Holidays is highly recommended.

visited kashmir tour last week(5N/days)...We visited Sonmarg , Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Srinagar...Very nice & beautiful palces... Thanks for Jamsheed...Not satisfied with driver & driver is not cooperative & he is not user friendly. We are satisfied with Jamsheed support & service. We expect driver should be guide for whole trip. Overall good & value for money. Services provided were good. There were hiccups but were addressed immediately. Jamsheed was very patient and helped us throughout the trip. He provided us with a Value for money deal. All hotels were good with great food. Driver provided was on time every single day. So were all the guides at specific location. Would definitely recommend First Flight Holidays.

We planned for a week trip to Vaishnodevi, Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, dal lake and learnt about first flight holidays during our online research for package providers. My wife and me cannot say enough about how wonderful a trip we had, how great this trip was in amazing with the Snah Khan was with us for Pahal Gam , she schedule each and every thing for us, what was really impressive, was staying in touch with us throughout the journey to ensure we were doing ok. We was stay at Shikara and hotels in Srinagar and Gulmarg, everything was really awersome. As we have told others who have asked us about the trip, that it exceeded in so many ways our expectations: travel was super, food was great - all types of great food. There were so many...from our Kashmir visit, staying at the Shikara there, having honeymoon setupr was really wonderful for us.

I took kashmir tour and also enjoyed. I faces difficulties but they were so cooperative to resolve it in no time like driver dening to do the local tour and hotels were not giving me there good rooms but they called them and pressures them to provide me best services. It was nice that they were available 24h when I was in Kashmir. Thank you
