We had such a wonderful day tour in Istanbul with our very knowledgeable and informative tour guide Ozlem. She had so much insight and took us to the places where everyday Turkish people shop, visit and go about their daily routines. We went to many neighborhoods including Kadikoy and Moda. We saw so much including going to the Egyptian Spice Bazaar. My sister was looking for a specific item and Ozlem knew just where to get it. We enjoyed a beautiful lunch in Kadikoy where the locals eat and had the best food where some items are only made in one city in Turkey which made it very special! There was a special shop we asked her about that makes this out of the world ice cream sundae and she took us there to have it. Beautiful picture taking everywhere and on the boat over the Bosphorus. There is a lot of walking but you get to see everything and Ozlem is a wonderful guide and only takes you to the best of the best places!

it was a great holiday in Turkey and had a fabulous experience. the full credit goes to Bruno Travel specifically Md Mohiuddin who has arranged everything for us and made our trip a memorable one that my family will always cherish.

Booked with them to collect 9 of us from Sabiha Gokce Airport to near the Sultan Ahmed area of Istanbul. Once we came out of arrivals we had to wait 35 minutes until the driver came. On route his Turbo blew and we waited on the motorway for about 45 mins. He then continued driving slowly. When we got to the hotel he dropped us almost 3km, 45 minute walk from our hotel at the bottom of a very steep hill. We had to walk with 12 suitcases, a 9 year old and 2 elderly (one in a wheel chair for 45 mins to the top). We cancelled our return with them and are still waiting for compensation for the first trip. A very bad company and very bad service, I totally do not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company let me and my family down after we arranged an airport transfer 2 days in advance and even paid in advance. We were left waiting for over an hour from agreed time of pickup. They made a poor excuse on the phone saying we had given the wrong pickup address, even after our Hotel receptionist spoke for us to confirm we had given the correct address. They will now not refund us. Typical charlatan cowboy outfit. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. We had to get a local driver last minute (which turned out to be alot cheaper) and only just got to our flight on time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It is an excellent travel agency in Istanbul in terms of local tourist trips within Turkey . Stuff are nice and their management as well .

Booked an airport transfer from SAW to Sultanahmet area through a third party company who use Bruno Travel. I was initially a bit put off based on the reviews I’d read but I can’t really complain. When we got there, we had to wait about 20/30 mins for our driver but he was a very nice polite guy. On the way back, I was a bit worried about whether the driver would turn up on time for us to make our flight but to my surprise, he arrived 10 mins earlier than they said he would. I messaged Bruno Travel the day before on what’s app just to make sure the driver would turn up at the agreed time and they responded very quickly. The driver on the way back was such a lovely guy, couldn’t have been more polite, I had to tip him! Would definitely use this company again, only rating as 4 due to the wait when arriving.

Day of departure the driver arrives on time I was 30 minutes late to come down to reception of hotel. He told reception he was waiting outside which is fine however he had already left without giving any notice I changed hotel and tried to contact the agents all week to let them know I'm staying at the different location and will need arrangements made they didn't reply or confirm anything I didnt recieve a phone call for a confirmation of pick up When I called them to ask where the driver had gone they replied with 'another job' my point is if they had taken me what would happen to the other job Furthermore my transfer was all pre paid so that was a waste of 40 gbp not the worst thing ever but yeah Communication terrible, manners even worse, customer service rubbish. I aint a guy who usually complains all I wanted and needed was a notice that the drivers left but they couldn't even do that total waste of time

It’s one of my worst experiences with this company! More than 30 minutes to wait and finally got in a van. When you arrive at the number 9 (IST airport) and you have to go to downstairs with heavily baggages. Bad instructions with a huge crowds: I don’t recommend this company at all.
