The oscillating temperatures of 35.5°C-29.1°C make the weather rather pleasant during fall, given the humidity level and wind speed. With over 4-16 days of rain or snowfall in a month, tourism’s rather slow during September through November, leaving room for negotiation for hotel stays!

Winter’s the perfect time of the year to enjoy the weather, especially for the warm weather enthusiasts. With the average high temperature ranging between 30.4°C-28°C and rainfall occurrence of 5-15 days in a month, this is the second busiest time of the year in Trincomalee from a tourism perspective.
