The summer season in Tirumala starts from the month of March (actually the end of March) and spans until June. The summers are hot and humid. The temperature increases gradually as we progress ahead in the calendar. Because of scorching heat and high humidity, it is not the ideal time to visit the place. But being a holiday season, travelers don't mind that and gather around the city to offer their respects to one of the most premier temples in India. The temperature does come down during this period however the humidity remains in some parts of the region. Although rains can get heavier between July and August, it is always suggested to check the weather forecast before planning a trip to Tirumala. After the monsoon has passed, people wait eagerly to welcome the most pleasant time of the year that is the winter season. The season starts from the end of October and generally remains active until the end of February and early March. The temperature is not high and being the winter season it isn't that cool here. It is absolutely moderate making the conditions extremely favorable for traveling and enjoying the beautiful places in and around Tirumala.
