The most lavish way to reach Kratie is to get on board one of the bullet boats that glide through the Mekong River. These bullet boats run between Kampong Cham and Kratie, departing in the wee hours of dawn at 7 AM. These boats usually take around 3 hours to reach Kratie and cost passengers about 7 USD. Besides this boat service, the Kratie-Stung Treng bullet boat also operates along this route.
