I can’t even begin to express how utterly disappointed I am with the honeymoon plan arranged by Pick Your Trail. From start to finish, the whole experience was a disaster that completely overshadowed what should have been a memorable trip.

First off, the second day was a complete nightmare. The activity we were supposed to enjoy was ridiculously far from our hotel, and after that, we had to check into another hotel that was even farther away—totally opposite to where we had just been! Our driver even advised against going to the activity, but we decided to go ahead anyway. As a result, we wasted a significant amount of money for a day that was supposed to be fun. We ended up forking out extra cash for an alternative activity because of their poor planning. To make matters worse, the tour guide didn’t even cover the entry charges for the new location. Absolutely unacceptable!

Then came the fourth day, which was supposed to be our highlight with parasailing. There were seven couples on the same boat, and while everyone enjoyed about 8-10 minutes in the air, we were barely up there for a minute! It was beyond embarrassing to be the only couple with such a short ride, and we were clearly left for last just to cover up their poor timing. The rider even had the audacity to apologize, stating that our booking through Pick Your Trail resulted in less time on the water because we chose a “cheaper option.” Why on earth would we be steered towards the cheapest option when we paid full price for this package? It feels like we were completely taken for granted.

In conclusion, if you’re considering using Pick Your Trail for any trip—especially your honeymoon—think twice. They’ve ruined what should have been a magical experience, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable agency.

I recently used Pick Your Trail to plan what was supposed to be an exciting vacation in Eastern Europe, and I cannot express how disappointed I am with their services. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating, disorganized, and frankly, a waste of money.

### Poor Communication and Accessibility

One of the most significant issues I encountered was the company's structure. They operate in silos, making it incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone who could actually help. I found myself bouncing between departments, each time having to explain my situation from scratch. It was exhausting and infuriating. I often waited days for responses, only to receive vague answers that didn’t address my concerns.

### Incompetent Sales Team

The sales team was particularly problematic. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing. When I first contacted them, I was promised a tailored itinerary that would showcase the best of Eastern Europe. It felt like they were more interested in making a sale than actually providing a quality service. They talk a big game, but there's no substance behind it.

### Overpriced and Underwhelming

For the amount of money I paid, I expected a level of service that was far superior to what I received. The transportation arrangements were chaotic, and one of the tours I was booked on never even showed up to pick us up. I'm still waiting on them to resolve it and give us a refund. It was clear that the company had cut corners to maximize their profits, leaving me feeling frustrated.

Their app is an absolute piece of trash. It takes for ever to work. The supposed 24x7 support team is very challenging to work with. The app still isn't fully updated to show our trip. Vouchers were not loaded and we had to keep reaching out to the support team for them.

### Conclusion

In summary, my experience with Pick Your Trail was a nightmare. If you're considering using their services for your travel plans, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. You deserve a company that values your time and investment, and unfortunately, this is not it. Save your money and your sanity—there are far better options out there!

I took a Bali trip with them with family. Everything went well. These folks are best in business!!

PICK YOUR TRAILS !! They are ripping people’s hard earned money with all their sweet talk and marketing gimmick. A travel agency with no moral scruples. Booked a trip with them they wanted a large sum of 10 lakhs upfront for a trip that costed 13 lakhs. Fast forward 15 days they tell me my husband’s visa is rejected for they applied for and promised was super easy to get. When I asked for a refund they said most of the trip was non refundable which was completely FALSE and refused to give my money back. Then they sent me an email stating a 52,000 refund for the 10 lakhs paid 45 days before the trip. One of the worst agencies I have ever dealt. They will promise everything at the beginning until your money is transferred and don’t care if you enjoy your trip or not. BEWARE they are only interested to make money !!

First of all I would like to apologise for choosing PICK YOUR TRAIL as travel partners for my honeymoon trip to Turkey, and would like thank you for making it such an unpleasant and unforgettable experience. Pick your trail is good as long as the bookings go as planned but god forbid if the bookings get cancelled then they will leave you in the middle of nowhere by saying we genuinely care for you but we cannot do anything please do what you want to do. The contact persons will stop responding on the Pickyourtrail app support and you will get to hear from them only for the next activity, they don't share all the required communication with you or the local travel agents. The worst part is that they will not look to arrange for alternate activity for you and without even making an effort you are offered a refund for the activity, this is where your tussle with pick your trail starts. The refund amount will be told to you and it gets credited after 15 days of trip completion(as it was told to me) but it will not be the same amount which is told to you. Pickyourtrail will very smartly delete all the chats of refund and trip and everything will be blamed on "BUG" we are sorry is the response. Slowly and as time passes by no one will respond to you on support platform of the app, the only response you will get is concerned away. If the concerned person luckily contacts you they will make all false promises and all the reasons you can think of. The whole organisation works in we "don't care mode" but there is no respect for the consumer at Pickyourtrail. Their finance team is always away weekday or weekend so no response from them also. No details of transactions will be shared to you, inspite of repetative requests to check the problem, slowly but surely you realise that for transaction details to be made available to you their should be a transaction in the first place. In the end when they run out of excuses of refunding they will put the entire blame on bank, for Pickyourtrail the online system of banks is not working on weekends, the best part being the refund process they say started on weekday itself. Then they will stop receiving calls, and messages from you will not be read. This whole experience has been quite a pain and
unforgettable for me. If not refunding makes Pickyourtrail valued you can keep it, but money earned in unethical ways does not go long. Thanks PICKYOURTRAIL. I waited long after the trip for the trip but this vicious circle of suffering does not seem to end. I hope on some platform they give costumers to give negative stars in the review as I had to settle with one star which is not deserved by you.If anyone is interested in knowing the details of this fiasco you can reach out to me I'll share all the details and their will be no bugs from my end.

Worst travel agencies, save your time and money please book with others.

Worst travel agent ! Always suggests wrong, unhygienic and low grade stays for customers. Had to burn our vacation and money because of this unprofessional agency. Please don’t go with this. This is not just my review but of all the other people who travelled with us. Don’t end up in trouble and waste your money.
