Me and my family recently had a wonderful trip to Singapore for 5 days. I cannot thank Pickyourtrail enough for organizing such a fantastic and hassle-free trip! Every detail was handled with professionalism and care, making this one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve had. I thank Abhirami for patiently curating a customised itinerary as per my requirements. The accommodations (Hotel Boss) were absolutely superb—comfortable, well-located, and matched perfectly with our preferences. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, balancing sightseeing, relaxation, and unique local experiences, all tailored to our interests. Transportation was seamless throughout, with timely pickups and drops, and reliable transfers that made getting around effortless. The visa processing was handled smoothly and efficiently, saving us time and stress. I would like to mention Rinchen for the clear instructions and support provided with the visa documents. A special mention for the amazing food suggestions—we discovered local gems we never would have found on our own! The round-the-clock customer support was also incredibly reassuring; knowing we had someone available 24/7 gave us total peace of mind. Keerthana was always available on call and chat, answering all the last minute queries and suggestions. From start to finish, this was a five-star experience. Extremely Disappointed with PickYourTrail – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking With Them I recently booked a Dubai and Abu Dhabi trip with PickYourTrail, influenced by the glowing Google reviews. While the initial trip planning and pre-booking support were reasonably good, everything went downhill the moment the trip was confirmed. What followed was a series of mismanagement, poor coordination, and apathetic customer support. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1. Constant Follow-ups Required I had to chase the team for everything, including something as basic as initiating the visa process. The team showed zero proactiveness, and I constantly felt like I was managing the trip myself. 2. No Pre-Departure Briefing There was absolutely no debrief before landing in Dubai. The assigned account manager was completely unavailable throughout the trip—no guidance, no updates, nothing. 3. Messed Up Transfers The ground team sent me incorrect pickup instructions. While the driver waited at a different location, support told me to book a taxi and promised reimbursement—which still hasn’t happened. They even implied that a positive review (9/10 rating) might be a condition for the reimbursement. This feels like a deliberate tactic to manipulate review ratings. I’m attaching a screenshot for reference—would love to know if others faced similar tactics. 4. Poor Itinerary Planning Activities were scheduled at highly inconvenient times, clearly showing a lack of local knowledge. For example, they booked an open garden visit at 1:30 PM in the scorching desert heat. After repeated complaints, they reluctantly changed it, but the planning was just careless. 5. Airport Drop Mismanagement Despite informing them two days in advance about a delayed flight, they failed to adjust the airport transfer accordingly. I didn’t even receive driver details. After wasting an hour with their support, they suddenly told me—just 10 minutes before the original pickup—that it was “not feasible” to reschedule. I ended up reaching the airport 5 hours early and waiting 1.5 hours for check-in to even start. 6. Robotic and Unhelpful Support Team The operations support team is unresponsive and just copy-pastes scripted responses. There’s no real intent to solve problems, just an effort to deflect or delay. 7. False Promises from Account Manager After I raised concerns, Karthik, the assigned account manager, promised daily check-ins. This lasted only for a day. No follow-up, no accountability. I’ve had minor issues with other vendors before, but those teams always acted swiftly and professionally. In contrast, PickYourTrail operates like a disorganized cab aggregation service masquerading as a holiday planner. They aggressively push for high ratings and reviews instead of actually improving their service. Their pitch of “customized holidays” is a hollow promise—they neither understand personalization nor deliver on it. The entire operation feels amateurish, and worse, misleading. Avoid at all costs. Do your own research. And please don’t fall for the inflated reviews like I did.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. I'd absolutely recommend Mercure resort and pick your trail, all transactions and everything was very smooth. Thanks to Anith for clearing all queries quickly and assisting during booking process and brief all important details before hand so No last minute rush. We have some lovely memories.

The customer support person keeps on changing. When you call their phone is switched off. They encourage you to message via WhatsApp but then there is no response. Sent multiple emails, no response on that too. One fine day they will call you for payment, once payment is done and you ask for confirmation they won't even do that. My international trip is planned on 4/22 and I have been trying to contact them for past 5 days, no response till now. Funny thing is, they called me 3 days back for a balance payment of 4k after that they are absconding... Pathetic experience... Would not be recommending Pick your trail to anyone...

Pickyourtrail on ground service (in Greece) is very good and professional. However, though helpful, their team in-house (in chennai) is not great. Assigning of 3 different staff to a group of four instead of 1 person caused a lot of confusion as each of them gave differing sets of information to us travellers. Their app is not at all consistent and would suggest that they either remove their app, or realign/redo it to make it effective Their services for local (within India) is not good at all. They service very few locations within India. And here also, don't think they have good partners/ vendors. Customer/Sales service team are not very effective. Very lax service by pickyourtrail team
