Starting from the pickup car, you folks promised a sedan but I got a MUV. Second I asked for a early check-in but the hotel try scam me with the worst room possible. And after waiting for 3 hours in lobby I got the second worst room. After escalating it multiple time got a decent room the next day. Then there comes the itinerary. Possibility missed few important place which I spent from my hand to make this trip a worth one. After Booking the trip for whopping 1.3 lakhs I happen to spend another 10 k for the rides which are good but your not booked. Crappy rides like the cable car in sentosa are unnecessary and the travel agent booked for a round trip but my pickup point is un other end. When I asked about that, the answer from them is we booked it wrongly sir. Sorry. Another unnecessary loose for me. Then comes the vehicle during my departure again the same MUV but you folks promised a sedan. Seems like I paid around 30k extra for this trip without the actual benefits. These things are during the trip. Before Trip experience is even worst. Though I informed you folks that this is my first international Trip. You never explained me about forex card or money I need to exchange. Exactly on the day before I need to apply for forex and do all the things. So there is some unnecessary pressure I need to handle. And even I asked for early check-in on the day of first payment the details about the availability is not shared even after I boarded the flight. I need to check in the reception myself for the same. Will all these feedback I believe you folks don't deserve the tag line of hassle-free travelling. I hope am not traveling with you folks in future.
