What's Good: Terrible Experience – wrong Promises and Zero Accountability
What's Not Good: I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the deceitful practices of this travel company. I booked a Bali trip with them, lured in by their shiny promises of an “all-inclusive” experience packed with activities and stress-free travel. What I actually got was a series of excuses, half-truths, and missing experiences that I paid good money for.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the itinerary we were sold was just smoke and mirrors. Several of the key activities—ones we specifically booked the package for—were either “unavailable,” “overbooked,” or simply forgotten. When we contacted the team, we were met with vague explanations, zero accountability, and a complete refusal to offer refunds or alternatives.
This wasn’t a case of miscommunication. This was a bait-and-switch scam dressed up as a travel service. They took our money, gave us a watered-down version of the trip, and washed their hands of any responsibility.
Do yourself a favor—do not book with this company. Look for someone transparent, honest, and reliable. Vacations are meant to create memories, not regrets.

We recently booked our Mauritius trip with pick yiur traul. Let me tell everyone here This company is not reliable at all. Whatever they commit dont deliver so better take everything in writing on emails from their company’s official handle. Whatever the sales representatives are committing on call or whatsapp doesnt counts it has to be from their official email id. Dont fall for their Instagram ads and collabs. The influencers appreciate them bcz they are getting free vacations. Dont fall for the advertisements. Pls dont waste money on them there are plenty of other relaible tarvel companies in india who go out of their way to make your vacay memorable and smooth. These people are least bothered. The sales representatives are doing scams by making false promises and sharing 5 star reviews of places, flights and properties which they themselves have never experienced. They dont even have clue about what false commitments they are doing just to get business. They have never visited the places nor have any knowledge on the same. Inspite of confirming things multiple times before the payment after making payment we were denied. Before you make any payment they will trouble u day and night. Once the payment is done they ll forget everything then u have to get after them for each and every voucher details. They are least bothered if u have every document ready or not. Mind you if you are travelling with young kids dont trust this company. They are big time frauds and scammers. We luckily were blessed to have an extremely professional on ground team which helped us throughout unlike pickyourtrail. So if anyone is planning to go to Mauritius i would suggest to directly book with Silver wings travel company. They are so professIonal.
