First of all I would like to apologise for choosing PICK YOUR TRAIL as travel partners for my honeymoon trip to Turkey, and would like thank you for making it such an unpleasant and unforgettable experience. Pick your trail is good as long as the bookings go as planned but god forbid if the bookings get cancelled then they will leave you in the middle of nowhere by saying we genuinely care for you but we cannot do anything please do what you want to do. The contact persons will stop responding on the Pickyourtrail app support and you will get to hear from them only for the next activity, they don't share all the required communication with you or the local travel agents. The worst part is that they will not look to arrange for alternate activity for you and without even making an effort you are offered a refund for the activity, this is where your tussle with pick your trail starts. The refund amount will be told to you and it gets credited after 15 days of trip completion(as it was told to me) but it will not be the same amount which is told to you. Pickyourtrail will very smartly delete all the chats of refund and trip and everything will be blamed on "BUG" we are sorry is the response. Slowly and as time passes by no one will respond to you on support platform of the app, the only response you will get is concerned away. If the concerned person luckily contacts you they will make all false promises and all the reasons you can think of. The whole organisation works in we "don't care mode" but there is no respect for the consumer at Pickyourtrail. Their finance team is always away weekday or weekend so no response from them also. No details of transactions will be shared to you, inspite of repetative requests to check the problem, slowly but surely you realise that for transaction details to be made available to you their should be a transaction in the first place. In the end when they run out of excuses of refunding they will put the entire blame on bank, for Pickyourtrail the online system of banks is not working on weekends, the best part being the refund process they say started on weekday itself. Then they will stop receiving calls, and messages from you will not be read. This whole experience has been quite a pain and
unforgettable for me. If not refunding makes Pickyourtrail valued you can keep it, but money earned in unethical ways does not go long. Thanks PICKYOURTRAIL. I waited long after the trip for the trip but this vicious circle of suffering does not seem to end. I hope on some platform they give costumers to give negative stars in the review as I had to settle with one star which is not deserved by you.If anyone is interested in knowing the details of this fiasco you can reach out to me I'll share all the details and their will be no bugs from my end.

Worst travel agencies, save your time and money please book with others.

Worst travel agent ! Always suggests wrong, unhygienic and low grade stays for customers. Had to burn our vacation and money because of this unprofessional agency. Please don’t go with this. This is not just my review but of all the other people who travelled with us. Don’t end up in trouble and waste your money.
