The Reunification Palace also known as the Idependence Palace is one of the most significant historic structures in the city. The gates of this palace were smashed down by the tank that ended the Vietnam War back in 1975. The structure was constructed in 1873 by the French forces during the colonization days. Cu Chi Tunnels

Notre Dame Cathedral

The most beloved spiritual landmark in the city, the Notre Dame Cathedral was created by French colonizers between the period of 1863 - 1880. The cathedral characterises Romanesque qualities, with a distinctive red-brick feature, stained crystal frames and identical church bell barbicans approximately 58 metres high.
