Planning A Trip To Punakha? Here's a snapshot of Punakha weather and the best time to visit Punakha
Punakha in the west of Bhutan enjoys a semi tropical climate with a warm winter and a hot summer. At the lower altitude that it lies in, Punakha’s weather never seems to be temperamental. That makes Punakha one of the most ideal places to offer tourists a delightful trip to the Kingdom of the Dragon Kings.
Spring and Autumn seasons are the best time to visit Punakha. The weather is pleasant and it makes sightseeing and trekking along the rugged mountain paths considerably easier. Most of the tourist places around Punakha can be hiked along and a good season makes it more enjoyable.
