Mandawa has since been connected to the rest of the country and many important cities in India. Travelling to Mandawa is fairly easy and the place can be accessed by air, rail and road. The best way though to reach Mandawa is to take a flight to Jaipur and take a taxi to the city from there.

Located in the western side of Rajasthan, Mandawa lies close to Jaipur, which also has the closest airport to Mandawa. The Jaipur International Airport lies about 182 km away from Mandawa. The airport is serviced by numerous airlines and is well connected to most major cities in India like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata and so on. The airport is also connected to international destinations such as Dubai, Bangkok and Kuala Lampur. On reaching the airport, there are taxi services that will gladly take you to Mandawa.

Jhunjhunu, located at about 28 km from Mandawa is the closest railhead to the city. The Jhunjhunu Railway Station is connected to the National capital, New Delhi, with trains departing and arriving in Jhunjhunu almost every day of the week. Jhunjhunu is also connected to Haryana via Rewari with trains almost every day. There are taxi services from the railway station in Jhunjhunu that will take you to Mandawa.

Located in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, Mandawa lies on the National highway 11. Mandawa is connected to important cities like Jaisalmer, New Delhi and Jaipur via road. The roads here are well maintained and driving to Mandawa is a must-do. The National Highway 11 is considered one of the most important routes in the country as it connects major tourist destinations in the region. Mandawa is located at about 260 km from New Delhi and the journey to Mandawa from Delhi is usually around 7 hours.
