Very bad service and unprofessional aproch. Behaviour also not good very very bad

Bad extreme experience.
I got looted for 10000 Rupees.

Due to corona my trip got canceled, but still they not return my money. I have called several times. They not replied properly and now stopped receiving my call..

Worst experience by trusting this pathetic tour company. They charged hefty amount by promising luxury stay but they provided 3rd class stay which are worst than dharmashala. Breakfast was worst and stay was very pathetic.

The tour was arranged by Shivalika. It was perfectly planned. We had to pre-opned our tour but still it was planned accordingly. CAB driver was a polite and humble person. He tried to cover maximum spots in a day. Hotel was lavishing. My kids liked the entire tour. Suggestion - Hotel provided us with breakfast only. It would be better ,if dinner is also included in the cost.

Our trip was arranged by Shivalika from YV holidays, the trip was amazing, the cab driver very polite, the only thing is,in allapey boat house we booked single room with upper deck, what we got is only single room boat house, even that also good, over all performances is Good. I will give ratings 4.5/5

Booked a trip with YV holidays and there started a list of problems from transportation to poor hotel booking,no coordination on part of Shivalik bhardwaj and smart answer ,rudeness all not in line of customer service.
The coordination wrt Houseboat was so poorly planned that it is dismal .
All future customers take note of this tour operator and avoid them unless wish to be treated badly and conned

It was very nice trip planned by us but executed by Shivalika.
YV Holidays ,means you plan they will execute it with perfection.
Overall good trip with good resorts

Overall good experience.. Mani customized our kerala trip properly.. Our driver Mr. Sony Thomas in kerala was also very polite and friendly.. He also guided us throughout the route.. His own home is at the bank of river with mesmerizing backdrops..
Hotel experience was also nice if I exclude services of munnar resort.. Otherwise north indian meals was available in all hotels..

Package covered all the exotic locations of Kerela, the cab driver was very humble and friendly.Hotels were nice, clean and of good quality. Staff's behavior was also extremely welcoming. Thanks MANI mam for making our trip memorable.

Special thanks to Ms. Mani for being the best consultant to me to advice for the trip. Cab driver Mr Abhishek Tiwari was very much punctual everywhere and is a decent guy. Amazing experience of the Hotel, have never seen such nice service by the staff.

Got Good service from yv holidays, vehicle (Volvo) was also good, rooms was good of Kochi, rooms was so so of Munnar, houseboat was good experienced in Alleppy, rooms and service was very worst in tekkady.

Vehicle provided was without AC, seats where broken, no sound system, no curtain on window. Totally useless vehicle provided. They want only money from you, after getting their money they talk as they want. Rooms where too bad. All money taken but only 30% value I got in trip. Don't book any tour from this side

As we booked the Mysore Ooty Conor Coorg package from YV Holidays. The experience was wonderful and all the highly rated spots were covered and road trip was organised so well and the driver was also very cooperative and helpfull in terms of which restaurant is good and need to explore for food.
Hotel stay arranged by YV Holidays was super awsoawe we just loved it,hotel service was wonderful.And thank you YV Holidays for arranging the pickup at airport at earli morning on demand we just appreciate you work and efforts.

Thanks to Mani Pandey for an awesome tour given to me as I planned for South India (Bangalore-Mysore-Coorg-Ooty). Had a wonderful trip for 2 nights and 3 days to Ooty organized by Y V Holidays. We had been on a trip to Kerala with YV holidays, the accomodation was below par as per the cost and worst part was driver was very rude with ladies and kids and had to to be dealt hard way, There was no support from YV Holidays staff Shivalika as well as they had taken complete payment before.
