It’s all about creating good memories. I booked a 5-day Package to Kerla from Yatrizone Travels. Everything was perfectly planned and executed. Best sights to see, best accommodation, best food and all this in affordable cost. Thank you so much SURAJ for being with us at every situation and creating lot of memories with us... thank you so much Yatrizone Team for managing things so well.

I recently booked a do dham package with Yatrizone and Suraj was the co ordinator. Here are few pros and cons for your reference: Pros: - Suraj was polite and well behaved. - He listened to all our problems and genuinely tried to solve them. - Package price was very competitive in the market. Cons: - We had to wait for the cab for almost an hour as soon as we reach Delhi railway station on the starting day of our trip. - I also booked a Haridwar and Rishikesh package for my parents and they gave rooms in two different hotels for them. Though the hotels were not far away but still they had to face the trouble to check out and check in again. This could have been easily avoided. - After reaching Haridwar, my driver was changed and post confirming from Suraj i paid the old driver 3000 and due to this I received various calls asking explanations and proof of the payment (including one from Suraj himself). - The other driver given to us was very rude and was not even ready to listen to us. He switched off the car AC for almost the entire trip and said it's my rule, i don't switch on AC on mountains. If this was the case, passengers should been informed that AC will not be available for almost the entire trip. Few years back i booked cab from make my trip, Delhi to Manali, that was also a trip in the mountains but the driver didn't turn off the AC. - In Guptkashi, we had a room booked for two alternate days and so we had to check out before treking. First of all we were not aware of this nor did Suraj tell us about this when he was explaining the trip to us. Though he shared the booking voucher where it was clearly mentioned but he should have told us separately about this as well because as a traveller to a new destination you always miss out on these minor points. When we asked the driver to keep our luggage in his car while we trek to kedarnath for darshan the driver outrightly rejected to keep the luggage saying i can't take this risk of keeping luggage with me. In the end, after wasting one hour early morning 3 AM, we had to book an extra room giving INR2000 for our luggage in the same hotel. - After reaching kedarnath I tried finding the hotel which was booked for us but eventually we found out that the hotel booked for us did not exist. When I spoke to Suraj, he told me another hotel name and then we were able to check in. Suraj earlier said that the temple is visible from the hotel but it was not the case. - These guys were not releasing the entire payment of the cab driver on the last day and due to this, he parked the car roadside without our consent and threatened us that he will not drop us back to Delhi airport until his payment was released. I had to speak again with the team and co-ordinate with them to get his payment released. Only after he received his payment, he started driving again. Overall, i would never recommend anyone to book packages from these local guys. Either build the entire itinerary yourself or buy it from a reputed website. I realised there was a lack of professionalism in their arrangement.

I had a great experience with Yatrizone Travels,This Is Our 1st Trip they understand our need very well, before Trip Start Mr Nitin Kumar assisted me throughout via Chat or call and i had great Experience they very well adjusted our Package. They Give us Best hotels/Resorts in best places with Experience Driver Mr.Bensheer. he also help us about best places and best food.We really Enjoyed our Kerala Tour with Yatrizone Thanks a lot.

A very adjusting and helping team whom I think we made a wise decision in finalising our Kerala trip with.. I love my overall experience of the trip.. Everything is good and fine. Hotel and transport facility is awesome. Munnar of betel is very good. Valley view of room ks so looking great. All experience is fine. Yatrizone team is very nice. Executive of yatrizone is very goog.

We experienced and enjoyed a lot in this trip where Mr.Nitin Kumar from Yatri Zone is very supportive to us in providing all the luxury in making the trip very successful with flying colours…..?
