We had an Absolutely phenomenal experience with Yatri Mate! They organized our 13-day Sri Lanka trip from June 23rd to July 5th, 2025, and it was seamless perfection. We visited 8 cities and stayed at 7 different hotels, all of which exceeded our expectations. The planning was meticulous, and every detail was taken care of. As a family of four with two kids, we had specific requirements, and Yatri Mate delivered flawlessly. Our personal chauffeur, Mr. Kasun, was an absolute gem - respectful, sober, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even befriended our kids! He picked us up when we arrived at Colombo on 23rd June and was with us throughout the trip. Even when we had a leisure day with nothing planned , we called him and he was on spot within minutes ready to take us as we wished. One notable mention is how Yatri Mate handled a potential issue. We had some food-related concerns at one of the hotels, which we were scheduled to revisit on our last day. We informed Yatri Mate, and they assured us that our culinary preferences would be met. True to their word, our experience at the hotel was greatly improved on our return stay. Despite the trip's length, everything went smoothly without a hitch. We're impressed by Yatri Mate's professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. If you're looking for a stress-free, memorable vacation, look no further than Yatri Mate. We recently completed a 1-week trip for Vietnam which was organised by from Yatri mate, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We went to Shimla and manali thru them, though we didn't know Hindi, they guided us throughout the trip and the cab driver took good care of us too.

Since booking till the end of our journey we had a proper co ordination with Nisha. She made sure everything on the journey went well. Everything was properly planned and arranged keeping in mind about the family. Never felt as if she is an agent, whereas felt like she is part of family who arranged the trip as per her family needs. And last but not the least the quality and professionalism which we loved was, we family travelled together but due to some reasons my brother had to travel alone the next day. His flight got delayed n he reached late the next day, but even though it was past 12 pm, Nisha made sure my brother had reached the destination safely the whole way she was co ordinating on call or through messages. So having someone like her to plan your jouney is indeed a luck. Thanks Nisha for making the journey wonderful throughout. Looking forward for the future trips as well.
