Mr. Deepak has planned the trip very nicely and communicated very clearly. He is a very nice person to deal with. This is our first trip to north India, we felt safe and secure with Deepak team. Driver & Vehicle is very good but he should have provided with navigation tools. Should have arranged tour guide for the Fatehpur Sikri, Delhi tour guide is poor in history and more engaged with smart phone rather than explaining. Other guides are good and very informative and helped us to plan our trip for the day.
Overall experience is very good and my family enjoyed the trip. We would like deal with Deepak for our future trip also.

I was a bit worried while making the booking with xplore as its my first time online and the booking is for my parents who doesn’t have proficiency in hindi or English .But from the get go Deepak made sure they get a better tour than what is promised.He made sure that i was updated regularly on the plan and status of my parents. Dear Customer, Dont Belive this Travel agent...... we took the booking through xplore real india check in date on march 6th checkout date 07th March, Guest Name mr.chandran two rooms till now payment not received... we tried somany time xpolre real india no response not picking the call. being a hotellier we dont want disturb the guest so we have given smooth checkout. After checkout we spoke to Mr.deepak kumar told as His in Hospital with in two day we will process the amount, after two days not picking the call. also called different number no response.
