As this is our 10th year anniversary so we planned for Bali through WTD travels agent, and these traveller's are really good and they communicated very well with proper follow ups, and the iternary was very well planned, we didn't waste our precious time, we explored major places and the hotels was very good, Alindara villa and spa amazing their ambience and hospitality, we enjoyed every bit of the moment there.
Bali agent like Nikya was wonderful person, he make us very comfortable throughout the journey, his time management was very well, and a very cool guy.
Finally, thank you Ram for providing us an experience that was for beyond our expectations. Your dedication and professionalism was very good, with your efforts both of us will look back on this trip with fond memories

What's Good: We received exceptional service from Ram and his team at World Travel Destination. They arranged outstanding accommodations and diligently monitored our flight and transportation schedules, ensuring seamless travel. Their responsiveness and availability throughout the tour were truly impressive.
What's Not Good: While we were pleased with the overall service, there were a couple of discrepancies. We were informed that the driver would provide guided tours, but unfortunately, this did not materialize. Additionally, the candlelight dinner arrangement was expected to be in a serene setting, but instead, it was held at a bustling Bollywood-themed restaurant.

The accommodations were fantastic, especially the luxurious villa in Ubud surrounded by lush greenery and the beachfront resort in Seminyak. Every place we stayed was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views.

Our itinerary was well-balanced, offering a mix of relaxation and adventure. Highlights included the mesmerizing sunrise hike up Mount Batur, the tranquil visit to the Tirta Empul water temple, and the vibrant culture at Uluwatu Temple's Kecak dance performance. The private tour of the rice terraces and the coffee plantation tour were particularly memorable.

Our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had a personalized experience, sharing local insights and making sure we tasted the best Balinese cuisine.

The attention to detail by Jaya Lotwal was impeccable. All transfers were timely and comfortable, and every activity was well-organized. It was clear that they genuinely cared about providing an exceptional experience.
