Trip as overall was good as all arrangements were good. Food in desert safari was not good. Dhow cruise activity was good but food quality was not good. Hotel quality was good as room quality, breakfast, facilities was good but the service was not good as rooms were not cleaned timely. Poor service for cleaning as inform several times but delay in cleaning and not cleaning on time.
so accordingly hotel may be informed to improve the same.

Thanks to White nights We had excellent trip to Singapore. They arranged best hotel, transfers and Sightseeing which was very much comfortable for our family with 2 kids. Special thanks to Ms.Nupur of white nights who coordinated our trip so well and made it awesome and tension free one.

Horrible experience by choosing "White Nights" having trust on their words and commitment.

Since day 1 of our package we were facing troubles in their services (they sent wrong conveyance vehicle) followed by mismanagement in our hotel booking @ Kausani.

I think we have suffered enough for entire tour only due to our selection of "White Nights" as our service provider.

There were only FOUR tasks which were to be executed by them as under:

1. Book Hotel rooms @ Binsar Eco Resort (Almora) - no exercise was to be done from their side (as we have already done the extensive research work)
2. Book Hotel rooms @ Nature's Valley Resort (Kausani) - no exercise was to be done from their side but you failed to do so.
3. Book Hotel rooms @ Hotel Royale Rosattee (Bhimtal) - no exercise was to be done from their side (as we have already done the extensive research work)
4. Book Tempo Traveler as per commitment - they tricked and sent wrong vehicle - failed to manage vehicle afterwards also (Resulted in 1. wastage of our valuable 6+ hours on Delhi Footpath, 2. we have to bear additional charge of 11,000/- of our arranged tempo traveler, 3. non availing of dinner on date 27/05/2018 at Binsar Eco Resort 4. overnight harassment of traveling in hilly area.

They need to realize the situation and justify level of their quality of service by themselves.

They failed to articulate any response, and transfer my remaining reimbursement amount more than 20,000 (as per their commitment) into my account. Still waiting for it !!!!

The itinerary was changed on the day before leaving for the trip
The hotel at Switzerland was below standard. The tour bus had no WiFi. Tour guide/manager was excellent.

We went Bali and as per package they provided, they didn't do that even they will send on mail but after you deposit whole amount they will execuse for services.

i have repeatly talling them for mail me visa details before our journy but they send me the visa details on dt 22 march at that day we have already begin our journey i was in the train at that time in evening we have reach delhi even alot of argument at 23 march night at arround 10 pm they gave me ok to board i have told repeatly for visa i have alot of prove about seight seen they have direct me for seight seen first then checkout at lunch time they have not give us bruj khaliffa ticket again i am saying as per our eitnery the company should have provide buffet lunch/dinner but food was as southindian thali i have photo also first thing the company should have to check all the doccument then provide the document to the customer company is irriresponsible so company should have to pay all the refund .

Worst experience with this travel agency. They will not provide services what they offer and commit, after payment they will just excuse and say we cant do.

We were a family of 7. We travelled to Dubai with Whitenights. It was an awesome experience traveling with them. Recommend everyone To travel with them
