Vivid India tours provided excellent service. Raghav took care of all our needs. The service provided was beyond excellence. The cab driver provided was very polite and understanding. He took care of all our needs. He helped us explore places which were not in our itinerary. Overall it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Vivid India especially for Rajasthan tour. This has been so far the best agent I have dealt with.

My parents set out for this trip of 9D/8N with Vivid India. I had the response from Vyas & Destinasia as well as one more which name I cannot recollect. Vivid team was the more responsive and better fit for my budget and itinerary.
My parents loved every moment of it. The driver was exceptional, the guides were well rounded and the hotels that was booked were all wonderful except for one in Jodhpur which the Vivid Team has been notified about.
My father is a difficult man to please who will look for a dark cloud around every silver lining - and he too had a smile on his face. He unhappily commented that he was not able to find any flaws in the whole arrangement (except for Jodhpur Hotel). Good Job Vivid India & thanks to Trip Crafters.

Overall very good service. Driver was excellent. Most of the hotels were very good and couple of them were average.

Vivid India Tours are one such firm who provide customised tour packages. Package which i booked was provided for 5 days. My family was very happy with entire tour package provide to us. Driver was very polite and took care of halts for lunch and dinner etc. Car provided was clean and in good condition. Entire tour was well managed.

We were amazed by hotel provided to us hotel Nirali dhani & Pushkar hotel were awesome stay. I will rate Vivid India 5/5 .

i will highly recommend Vivid India Tours and Travels for family and friends.

The package was awesome and the Hotels were really good.

Vivid India tours r really good. I have used many tour operators,but the type of personal service they provided was excellent.Every palace n fort they had organisedguides.Even before our reaching the guide would stand there waiting for us so that there is no time wasted.Though we had not met Mr Raghav n Mr Dharmendra ,during the tour everyday they would call up n find out whether the things were to our satisfaction or not?Where do u get such personal attention?They were really amazing.Even the driver provided by them was class.He took so much care of us.Hat's off to vivid India team.My personal advice really use their services.They r too good.If u want to visit Rajasthan don't look here n there just book through vivid India.

But guide in udaipur is not good enough to guide guest. And also some time executive is very rudely behave about payment.
