What's Good: I had been to udaipur and jaipur for 5 days as a solo traveller. I had budget constraints yet Mr. Kumar gave a best package for my trip and kept in contact through the trip. It was my first trip as a solo traveller and it went so peacefully with the help of Mr. Kumar. Thank you so much for the constant guidance. The rooms and transportation to jaipur were included in the package which made my trip easier. Had a great time and carrying a lot of memories with me.
What's Not Good: The bus service provided to jaipur was not great. The sleeper bus was not great and the bus driver was very careless did not inform me that bus will be late. I had checked out of the hotel and has to wait for 1 and half an hour for the bus with my luggage. The rooms were decent enough.

What's Good: Easy communication for bookings

My travel to Delhi and Agra was arranged by Vaishno Travels. Excellent and unforgettable experiences were had with the Vaishno's facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed and remembered the entire trip.

Dharmpal Singh, the driver, provided outstanding and professional care. Throughout the whole trip, he is incredibly adaptable, and his driving is fantastic. He made the tour an amazing and unforgettable experience, and we felt safe.

I had planned trip with my parents and sister arranged by Kumar. It was 4 day tour and I must say throughout the trip Kumar was in touch to ensure we are doing fine. His support was comendable.Driver was descent.Just that he wasn't open to cover places. He was cutting off on the time restriction although majority of monuments in Delhi are open until 5:30 or 6pm.
Hotel in Delhi was very comfortable, neat and clean. Room service was quick.
Hotel in Rishikesh was not that great. But we managed. Complimentary breakfast was just ok.

All-in-all it was a great trip for us. Kumar specially allowed to leverage his tour vehicle for additional day since our return was in evening. He ensured we had vehicle with us in case we wanted to explore more.

They are providing good services. Accommodation is good and trip is very nice.

Two hotels out of five were pathetic,the rest were good. The driver, although decent by nature tried to dissuade us from visiting places that were not in the direct route from city to city. He also expected us to foot his lunch and dinner bills.
Mr. Kumar called us every day to enquire about the day's happenings and helped us in changing a horrible room on one occasion.
My learning from this trip is that one should not rely on verbal assurances but take everything in writing before the tour commences.

I and my family went to Haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussoorie. Mr Kumar planned our trip systematically with comfortable and good hotels.
Our driver Mr. Dharampal Singh was very cooperative and showed us all the places with patience. We had a great time and enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Mr. Kumar and Mr. Dharampal Singh

It was a very nicely planned tour by Vaishno Travels.They are very co-operative. Also, they did a favour for me. They re-scheduled my tour in- between the tour. As we had some difficulty in one of the destination. The Driver was also a very good person with all roads knowledge. Thanks to Vaishno Travels. We are Sr. Citizens and travelled for a week very happily and safelyin their car.

My parents and in-laws were ready for the long north India adventurous trip for whole Feb 2023. I had booked all the trains and with flight frm Bangalore to Delhi to kick start the trip. I started to look for package tours only the morning before flight take-off because my family only agreed for the packaged tour at that time that too only for the Delhi-Agra-Jaipur rounds. Mr. Kumar though on very short notice was able to arrange travel and accommodation from airport pick-up to dropping-off at Jaipur railway station. I must thank him for taking good care of all the senior traveller's (all 6 of thm were ). He has done a good job in providing accommodation and vehicle (ertiga) for traveling along with those heavy luggage. My only suggestion is that he get a Xylo nxt time while arranging for family road trips trips for 6 persons. Overall according to my parents it was a joyous trip. I would recommend Vaishno travels for anyone who want to travel the Golden triangle. Once again thanks Kumar, keep up the gud work and all the best.

My family and I had a fantastic time exploring the Golden Triangle!!! We were all set to go with another travel company but then Mr. Kumar responds to my query at the last minute and offers us more to see with a much better deal, and we are so glad we decided to go with him. He was very upfront and honest with expectations and potential setbacks. He was diligent in solving any problems we had along the way and made sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying the journey along the way. The car was comfortable. Mr. Anand, our driver for the trip was courteous and punctual. Mr. Kumar also organized guides upon our request in Agra and Jaipur. We got so to see so much, and we have to come back to explore the rest of the north. Rest assured we will be planning that trip with Vaishno Travels!

Excellent planning and execution from Vaishno Travel. Mr Kumar was very accommodating and provide all the detail for our visit (delhi, agra, jaipur, jodphur, puskar). We also were provided with an excellent and expert driver Mr Anand who drove us for 12 days.

We have booked 'Jaipur-Agra-Delhi' trip using Vaishno Travels. As part of the package they are supposed to book our hotels and provide support in our travel itenary. We planned this as a family trip of 14 members as our sister came from US and the main purpose was to visit Akshardham in Delhi.
1. Jaipur visit and hotel were good.
2. In Agra, they have booked a hotel where there was no lift(elevator) facility and our rooms were on 3rd floor. Even the rooms were very small and not maintained well no proper hot water and bathroom doors were not closing properly.
3. The travel agent gave us a very worst experience in Delhi. We planned for Akshardham visit on Monday, but it was closed on Monday. When checked with the travel agent, he told that he did not knew it. We booked this package 2 months in advance. The basic thing that we expect from any travel agent is that they help us in planning of vacation which this operator did not provide us. Also it seems that most of the tourism places in Delhi are closed on Monday and we are not aware of it and our travel agent also did not tell us. Because of this, we could not see most of the places in Delhi. On Tuesday we went to Akshardham and evening we had flight back to Hyderabad, so we missed the most important event in Akshardham ie lazer show.

Overall the experience with the travel operator is not good as his tone of voice changed from polite to rude at the end of the tour as we were raising their flaws of not providing proper planning in Delhi.
