Unicorn Holiday

One of the worst experiences in Goa till date at Stonewood Resort, Vagator!! Here are the highlights of my stay.

Booked a party room for my 10 yr old kid and myself. Got the booking done through Unicorn Holidays, and had no idea what a party room means, and no one, including the agent told me before the booking or during check in that there will be ear blasting music from early evening till breakfast time!!!

Pointers:
1. Kutcha approach road: Access road to the resort is non existent, i.e. there is no pucca road leading to the resort, and one has to wade through muddy water mixed with cow dung to enter the resort.
2. Location: Not identified by the GPS. One can go in circles in the area and not locate the place at all, tiny sign board of the resort, feels like a small hippie joint.
3. Check in: no ID checked during check in, when I checked in at midnight, and though there was loud music I assumed the music would stop in some time.
4. Kid Unfriendly: DO NOT TAKE KIDS TO THE PLACE, ITS A HIPPIE JOINT!!! They charge extra for kids per night and provide the most kid unfriendly environment. Kids should not be allowed in this resort at all, and before booking no warning was provided to me. Thankfully I had a friends home where my kid could stay safe.
5. Arrogant Staff: When I complained to the manager at 5:15 am about the loud music, his response was, the music will not stop no matter what, volume may be reduced a bit. They did reduce the volume a bit but by the time I reached my room, the volume was up again. So, I had to had to make a call to the police help line 112. The Goa Police did a fantastic job and the music stopped within 15 mins. That night I got to sleep between 6am and 9am.
6. Limited buffet breakfast options: sub standard breakfast quality and very limited options.
7. Bad quality Food in Restaurant: we had ordered some snacks in the evening, and everything was oily and sub standard.
8. Horrible management: When I requested the manager to refund my money for the second night so that I could move out, they started playing the blame game between the agent and their staff. No one tried to help me out to relocate to another quieter room or to offer any solutions to the grievances. All they had to say was, we have loud music and everyone is informed during booking and check in of rooms. Though none of our group of 8 people who booked in the resort were informed of the same at any point in time.
9. Hippie joint: Saturday night and early morning saw the inflow of many hippies enjoying the ear blasting music till 7am. Again another night of limited sleep. This time the music only stopped when another friend of mine made a police complaint?.

We had a very good trip.. driver was very friendly and helpful..The accommodation was really awesome and peaceful..Food was tasty in all the places provided.. overall it was a great experience in very affordable price.. Thankyou unicorn

1) No cleanliness
2) staff not good
3) hygiene issue
4) safety issue... Staff was smoking on boat house where gas cylinders were kept.
6) promised decoration was not done.
Overall all pathetic experience we were just waiting to go out of boat house. Will never visit boat house again.

Great experience with Unicorn Holiday they were really helpful to me from starting of my trip inquiry , especially Mrs. Divya and they organized my trip very well and we can enjoy without any trouble and got an Amazing deals with very professional and friendly manner, the accommodation at Munnar Tree house was superb then There service was excellent

The trip was overall good. There were some hiccups which were mutually solved.

It’s an memorable and beautiful place to visit. Sightseeing was quite costly as per our estimated budget, but worth spending time and money in Kerala. Thanks for arrangements done by Unicorn Holidays & team. Especially thanks to Divya Nair making things as per schedule decided before trip.

All the facilities was good.Cab and driver arrangement was good.Everything happened according to plan. It was Wonderful trip.

Give some advance information and facilities to the tourist about the locations..

My Kerala trip by Unicorn Holidays was such a amazing experience which I cannot express in words. Mainly our travel coordinator Mr. Libin and our guide Mr. Christy. I am waiting for another trip with them.

Good service, no manipulation in mentioned and provided facilities. Good driver and well co-ordinated staff.

We had a mesmerizing and fascinating experience there. Beautiful place, serene beauty and nice people. Mr. Libin who was our trip manager was very cooperative. One shud visit Kerala( God’s own place ) atleast once..Thank u Unicorn holiday for making our trip so memorable.

Awesome superb trip, good state good peoples, good driver who take us to different places and nice unicorn holidays team to support us in every condition to an unknown state.

Had a great honeymoon trip. Well customized and organized by Divya and Libin. Perfectly arranged and accomodated with top most amazing hotels and places . Loved each and every moment . Last but not least special mention to driver BINU. Binu was there from beginning till end .He was so supportive and personally guided so many things. He made us comfortable wiHe made sure we were well settled in place. He has shown us so many life best memorable places even that place are not in itinerary list. Thank you Divya ,Libin and especially Binu(driver) for making this trip so memorable.. i will definitely suggest unicorn holiday for my upcoming married couples friends. Hope i will plan for another ...

We had booked trip to munnar, Kodaikanal,thekkady, alleppy, cochin. All the arrangements were done by Divya Mam and Libin Sir. All the arrangements were very good. Very nice service provided by unicorn holiday. Special thanks to Divya Mam for her kind and helpful response. We spent wonderful time with unicorn holiday. We would like to go again with unicorn holiday. Thanks for such a great hospitality. From starting to end their response and behaviour was very helpful. Overall nice and memorable experience we got..

As per schedule all places covered and driver also good.

Unicorn service was best while my trip to Kerala and driver staff BINU DANIAL was very guiding and supportive to visit places.his driver was good.

I had booked a trip to Thailand with unicorn holidays. It was one of my worst experiance. The trip was coordinated by Mr Libin. To my shock after reaching the hotel I came to know that our rooms are not booked. Many of the places I had to pay extra to get a room. Response from Mr Libin was poor. It's my personal suggestion to not opt for this travel agency as it is handled by irresponsible personnel.

Thanks to Unicorn coordinator showing energy for making my trip great with quotation. Reality was different after meeting the driver. He is his own boss. No coordination and nothing. I got very bad taste altogether.
