U&I Travels

Hotel rooms booked are not good. The amenities in the Hotels booked in Ayodya ( Gurudev Palace) are not fulfilled with 3 star amenities. Booking also not confirmed properly by the local agent. Hotel management verified the booking repeatedly and made me tense.

I planned my first foreign trip through U & I, and it was awesome. The quality of affordable stay along with tour sighting provided by them was very appreciated.
At Singapore airport my luggage was misplaced by airport authority, where I contacted U&I for there support and they helped me out with this as well.
Also,they had very good tie ups in Singapore for transportation and hotel where I got all services which were promised.

It was a wonderful trip planned by U&I travel. Travellers were all senior citizens, considering this, all hotel stays, road travel, pick up and drops were well planned. Overall cost of the tour was also reasonable considering the destinations covered.

The entire was managed well and as promised. The car driver was excellent and very supportive. The guides in Jaipur was also good
