Singapore trip experience – 12 people Our recent trip to Singapore in the month of December was well planned and executed by Travunited. The itinerary crafted by Aruna and team was perfectly tailored to our preferences. She was responsive to our queries, flexible with our requests, and made sure we felt supported throughout our journey. The itinerary included a perfect blend of iconic landmarks, cultural experiences, and leisurely activities. Each day felt well-balanced, allowing us to explore the vibrant city while still having ample time to relax and take in the beauty of Singapore. Our transport arrangements, guided tours, and even restaurant recommendations were spot-on. The guide in Singapore used to share the next day activities in advance and were very punctual. 1. Thanks to Aruna, she was continuously in touch with us. Her response was fast to our queries. 2. Hotels were good, except Seasons Siam Bangkok. It's a old hotel and in crowded area. Breakfast was not good for vegetarians. 3. Noticed rudeness and arrogance of few Thai people, specially speedboat motorman shouted on one Indian when he vomited in boat. Two other incidents noticed in local market. Sales girls were very rude. I request Aruna do the needful to inform Thai tourism department about it. 4. Too much time wasted in travelling from hotels to chosen tourist destinations. Travelling between Pattaya to Bangkok is more than 3 hrs due to traffic, hence no important activity should be planned on that day. *We couldn’t get enough time to see Grand palace & Reclining Buddha. Both places visited in hurry.* 5. Phuket is beautiful compared to Pattaya & Bangkok. 6. Don’t suggest anyone tour to Coral Island. *It’s a hopping tour & money making tour. *Unnecessarily, tourists are either have to wait for long 3 hrs at parasailing platform or go for costly parasailing activity. *Same thing happened again at useless Under water walking activity.* Hardly any time left to walk & visit coral island. 7. Thailand tourist places were very much crowded with Indian & Chinese tourists. We don't wish to suggest anyone Thailand tour. 8. Overall observation is that we got "Value for money" from your organisers, Aruna of Travunited.

Hello, Our recent trip to Dubai in the month of December was so memorable for us as we wanted to celebrate our daughter's third birthday there. And as usual our first option was to contact Travunited to make this trip more special. Because in the past they have arranged our Thailand and Karnataka trips where they made everything at ease and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the trips. Dubai trip was ultimately perfect and Aruna from Travunited did an excellent job in planning out and arranging itinerary for us as we asked. She was patient enough to answer all our queries and even she arranged birthday cake for our daughter in Dubai. And as a result we had blast and celebrated our daughter's birthday. Our city tour to Abudhabi was so good and Travunited partner UAE local tour guides and cab drivers guided us throughout the journey. From the moment we landed in Dubai throughout the journey and until we reached back they made us feel safe and we have completely enjoyed each and every moment. Thank you Aruna and trav United for your hospitality and guidance throughout the trip. Can't wait to contact Travunited yet again for our next trip as they arrange everything as we wish. I had a great experience traveling to Dubai in Apr 2023. I had designed my own itinerary..but was looking for some agent to book it. Then one of my friend suggested Aruna from Trav United. Ever since my booking the entire process was smooth and easy. Right from stay to Cab, everything provided by Trav United was fantastic. The accommodation provided was so close to the main market and other restaurants that we saved so much in traveling. As per our friends suggestion, we expected least tasty food in Desert safari and Dhow cruise. But to our surprise, Trav United's partners had great spread of buffet of Indian Veg items. Cabs and Cab driver's were very good, polite and friendly. Dubai visit was special for my family and Trav United made it memorable. Special Thanks to Aruna for bearing my asks.
