TRAVPASS - Great Customer Service (Dev, in particular) Date of journey - 26/27 Jan 2022 Itinerary - Bangalore to Sydney via Singapore Due to Covid pandemic, whilst things are constantly changing between countries and/or airlines, one of the difficulties for travellers is getting in touch with customer service specialists and get help. I was able to reach TRAVPASS with ease, secure tickets for decent prices, get support in terms of the whole process (Check in, forms, payment,etc). They also assisted in booking Domestic connections. Hard working, Professional, Knowledgeable- all these terminologies are probably the most suitable ones for this Organisation. I got the help from the owner of the company during such a hard pandemic period, where nearly all others failed. When a lot of Travel agents or agencies were going overpriced or failing to get a air ticket to Australia, he researched and found out a complete new route and managed to provide me a ticket at a very reasonable price. He doesn't stop there just by providing you the ticket, he keeps in touch with you until you reach your destination safely.
