What's Good: It is the worst arrangement one can get like horrifying. I being a member of Nagpur University they arrange a tour to Kokan despite having mismanagement they tend to show something else and deliver faultiest services they gave . They take excess people with them name of team but no of them helped us or our students we were 60 people. They are manipulative, misleading, faking the promises don't bother for kids also. Make early check outs and late check in. The take the task and then blame others for it no pre booking no pre planning. My all students felt sick after this terrifying trip. He not even bothered abt the girls he made them roam at 2 am in the night in an unknown city without any assistance by his team. Food was awful, they are completely careless and mis managed Agency. One should never go for it as they don't care abt there customers and very insensitivity behavior. They don't even came to see our sick students while we were returning from our trip in train.
Only the reason they say is it's not my budget. For a chance no one goes for a business which is not profitable so that's an excuse to make nothing else. If the deal is not profitable u should not be going for it. And if you go for the deal u should never go for the money excuse.
Either don't take the deal or taken then fulfill the itinerary. Don't fool people that u did with us made us travel 8hrs plus for a travel journey of just 2-2.5 hrs.
Terribly bad. No recommendations from our Nagpur University department will be made further very insensitive and immature behaviour mismanaged.
What's Not Good: Mismanagement , irresponsive, no proper arrangements No moral idea
