What's Good: Yet another memorable trip to Himachal. 6 days 5 night (Shimla, Manali, Dharmashala, Amritsar). This was my first group trip with Travel On Ease. Honestly i was bit sceptical initially but Kamlesh ensured every single point has been taken care. Hassle free, trusted agents, fine hotels and easy payment process. Thank you very much Kamlesh for assisting through the process. Kudos for arranging everything so well. It would be incomplete review without taking our driver Jeevan Dhiman jis name. I must say what a professional driver not a single complaint throughout the tour. I must recommend few names for sure..Driver Jeevan ji and Travel On Ease ( Kamlesh). Thanks for the wonderful memory

What's Good: It was a wonderful family trip to Himachal, which will always be cherished.

What's Good: We booked travel on ease for 7days trip to Kasol-Kullu-Manali and Shimla. It was pleasant experience hotels booked by Kamlesh for us were excellent in terms of stay and food. Our trip driver Mr.vinayak ji was helpful in making our trip smooth and informative.

What's Not Good: One of the hotel we stayed in was white stone resorts, this hotel’s staff were very ignorant and not so welcoming. The food was very average here. This was the drawback, apart from this everything else was perfect.

What's Good: The trip to Manali and Shimla was a mixed experience. While the scenic beauty of both destinations was captivating, some aspects of the trip fell short of expectations.

Positives:

The accommodations were reasonably priced and comfortable.
Our guide-cum-driver was friendly and accommodating, which made the journey more pleasant.

Overall, while the natural beauty of the destinations made the trip worthwhile, the organizational aspects left much to be desired. I would recommend carefully choosing your travel agency and itinerary for a better experience.

What's Good: Super good experience in our first trip to Himachal Huge thanks to Sujal sir you really made the trip wonderful.. Thank you so much....And special thanks to Chander bhan uncle for his 24 hours transportation services. His driver was amazing and due to snow we stuck in Solang, he can by himself with 4*4 cab to rescue us. we felt really safe we will meet you soon in the next trip.

What's Good: Really loved the overall experience with Travel on ease. Dharta ma’am who assisted us from day 1 was very helpful and made the best possible itinerary for us to ahead with. Post confirmation, Kewal from the onboarding team was very interactive and grounded at the same time. Post reaching to our desired destination Himachal our driver Virender( Chanderbhan ji) was just superb from day 1 until we headed back to Mumbai. He was more than just a driver would rather consider him an elder brother, a very good friend and a brilliant guide & a photographer. All in all liked each & everything to the core. Anyone planning for a trip domestic or international. Travel on ease is worth going ahead with.

What's Good: The good thing about the entire trip was the driver who was assigned, Chandraban ji made the trip more fun with all the stories and amazing driving skills…! He made sure that we visit all the super cool places and ate all the amazing food on our way. Best thing he was always just a call away and managed to keep us safe. What's Good: The well planned itinerary helped us to enjoy the places. Once the trip started, Travelon Ease provided good support and guide. Experienced snow fall on the first day itself that will be cherished for ever. Travelon Ease helped us with last minute change in the itinerary, due to closure of road to solang.
What's Not Good: Nothing specific, however, post booking communications could have been better. Could not visit Solang as the road was closed, our bad luck.

What's Good: First of all thanks to Travel on Ease and Neha Gagulia Ma'am who arranged our 4 days trip from Delhi to Manali. It was a great and unforgettable experience for us. The hotel accommodations was excellent with Best view and food was delicious ?. Private cab was provided to us to cover all the visiting places and Cab driver was so humble with us. Neha Gagulia Ma'am helped us every time whenever we required.
I highly recommend to book through Neha Ma'am on Travel on Ease for Manali trip.

What's Not Good: No proper response from travel ease. They booked worst ever hotels for us and very bad driver. We could not see any location properly in the itinerary. Driver not aware of the location. Hotel six seasons regency in Manali is worst and the staff are rude. Sahil and Neha from Travel ease are not responsive and they disconnect our calls in the middle while communicating our problems. They never give attention to our issues. They want only money. After paying money, they don't care. I don't recommend travel ease and don't recommend holidify as well because of giving such a bad travel agency reference.

I had a great experience with Travel On Ease Tour Agency for my trip to Manali and Kullu. They handled everything perfectly – from booking an amazing hotel to arranging a polite and punctual cab driver. The hotel was clean, cozy, and the staff was friendly. Travel on Ease guided us throughout our trip starting from the customised itinerary for ZIBHI and Tirthan valley, providing us an experienced cab driver and great hotel stays at ZIBHI. I would personally recommend Mr. Sujal from Travel on ease as your travel consultant to HP.

They have taken complete responsibility for Flight, Hotels and Cab service entire my trip to Delhi, Shimla and Manali.
Driver Ravinder Pal was excellent in driving and locations places. I took 3 star hotels with nice View points buffet breakfast and Dinner.
As they promised in itinerary completed the trip and dropped Delhi Airport. And one thing I can appreciate the response for the calls, Driver on time in it.

What's Good: Good, we hired a taxi from Shimla to Manali...

Prices are little higher but services are nice
What's Not Good: We have wait for 20 minutes at station

9 days was perfect. But on 10th day when we asked them that we want to visit wagah border for 2nd time as previous day we couldn't see from start they were not ready asked us to pay extra. My point was we missed completely dalhousie because it was snowing
We asked as a compensation. But they were not ready to do that for 60km up and down together. Worst behaviour. Will you refund money for dalhousie because we dint see anything? No. Sooo much argument happened on that 10th day. Our mood was totally off. Worst worst worst. We paid extra later because they blackmailed saying they won't pay hotel bill. So they wanted us to get stuck their and miss our flight. And driver was ok in guiding... but was Always on phone. 99% of times on phone. Single hand driving. Its sooo scary. He might be expert but still need to follow rules at least some times. Worst experience by the end. I have put above.

Terrible Service – Avoid This Travel Agent!

I strongly advise AGAINST booking with this travel agent. I found their contact through Holidify, but my experience has been TOTALLY disappointing. Please read my review and others before making any decision.

Timeline of My Experience:

1. Payment Issues (12/11/2024): I made the payment on 12/11/2024 for 4-star hotels that were mutually agreed upon. However, after receiving the payment, Kewal stopped responding to my messages, as evident in our chat history. Sahil also stopped providing proper responses and ignored my queries. I had to follow up with them almost daily for over a month just to get my booking confirmation.

2. Downgraded Bookings: After a month of continuous calls and messages, I finally received confirmation, but the hotels booked were 2-star or lower—completely different from what was promised.

3. Overpriced Rates: Their rates are highly inflated, charging nearly 2.5 times the actual price. You can book the same or better accommodations at much cheaper rates elsewhere.

4. Final Recommendation:
DO NOT BOOK with this travel agent. Their lack of professionalism, poor service, and overcharging make them highly unreliable. Save yourself the trouble and look for better alternatives!

It's a spam guys, please do not book from this. They can cut the nights automatically, if you stuck in some situations 0 help. Person involved in was kewal, sahil.
I have booked for 7N8D from which they gave 5N,another 1N I paid from my pocket which they don't count as I got stuck in weather conditions and it's not their responsibility as per them.Also they didn't even complete the places which was requested on itinerary.
Plus they reduced one night without prior information and asking to book hotel on your own pocket as they don't care about your itinerary which you paid for.
Guy Kewal and sahil are like illiterate and non properly educated they talked like they have given money and I am begging for free services. Such unprofessional team and company.
don't fall on positive reviews trap.
Biggest mistake of my life by choosing this company. I am sure this company will close soon as they have 0 care and respect for customers.
