If someone is looking for a disastrous
experience for a staggering fee of 20k-30k,
please visit travelobot. They will book your
wrong flight and then cancel it next day, and
then charge you cancellation fee. So basically, in
return for their commission, you will be getting
wastage of time, wrong flight details, a month
late refund with 20-25 percent reduction and on
top of that, highly unprofessional employees!
Please save your money, valuable time and look
for another travel agent to assist you.

We went to kerala for our 1st anniversary in march. Though the price was fair we are not quite satisfied with their services. The person from travelobot,who initiated the trip was not responsive at all after we have paid the advance. The hotels were not booked beforehand till we reached there with all our luggage. They promised to give us flower decoration and cake in the houseboat for which we have paid but there was nothing.On the top we were greeted with cocroaches everywhere. We were very disappointed that our special day is ruined. Not going to take anymore tours with this agency.

Don't Avail if love your Hard earned money

Initially they will tail you that whatever lowest quotes you got from other agencies, they will bit all of them. Since they are having direct contact with travel vendors, they can make it at lesser price. Like that they use to attract customer by saying some lesser price and ask for advance amount. Afterwards near to your journey date, they will say that they can't provide this package in the same price, until you are paying more amount. By that time you will not find any other good option and hotels rate will be in pick, since your journey date is very near. That's their tricks. Same happens with my recent Andaman Trip, and I paid Rs.20,000 in advance. Later they told me to pay extra amount to avail that same package. I denied to them and ask for refund, then they were saying hundred of stories, not responding my call, mail properly. After long time followup somehow I managed to get my money.
If you love your hard earned money, then I would say don't even take any deal with them.
