What's Good: ExcellentThe Travellers Paradise Tour and Travels is excellent for Bhutan tours; they give very affordable customized packages. We booked for 5 nights and 6 days. Accommodations were superb. The package was beyond anything we ever expected. The tour guide, Mr. Dorgi, was the nicest tour guide ever. The tour driver, Mr. Saran, was also a good driver for the entire tour. Very hands-on and personalized services, a well-organized trip, a great itinerary, and excellent accommodations, organized by the Travellers Paradise Tours and Travels. I highly recommend Samit and his driver and guide; they so richly deserve their excellent service during the entire tour.

What's Good: Sabita ma'am was very flexible in our choice of hotels and helped us customise our itinerary, accomodation to meet our needs. This trip was special for us (10th marriage anniversary and my wife's birthday too), and she even managed to arrange a special cake and floral decoration for us. Thank you, Travellers Paradise for making our trip so memorable. Your help during our first day when there was an unexpected downpour to ensure we were comfortably checked-in despite a power cut at Phuentsholing is deeply appreciated. We had a wonderful tour with an able guide and driver, and a dream car (Kia Seltos) to travel in. What more could we ask for. Despite such short notice, all hotel rooms we were booked in were perfect and with excellent service and hospitality at all locations. Thanks once again for memories we will cherish for a lifetime.
What's Not Good: Bhutan is a beautiful country but the presence of a mandatory guide at all times can be a bit overwhelming at times. We would have ideally liked a bit more freedom and time to spend at some of the monuments we visited, and perhaps more time to shop freely and explored the markets and cities at leisure. We did get to shop a bit but if you're planning to travel to Bhutan you need to be mentally prepared about these limitations.

What's Good: We recently undertook an 8-day, 7-night journey with Travellers Paradise to Bhutan and Darjeeling. The tour was exceptionally well organized and thoroughly enjoyable. My family and I fully appreciated the experience. All arrangements made by the company were outstanding, particularly the services provided by our driver and guide, who were remarkable. We received attentive care throughout our trip. We extend our best wishes to Travellers Paradise for continued success in their future endeavors.

What's Good: We liked the arrangement from the agent. My guide and the car was at the airport in time and all the time they were prompt in any kind of service. Few locations were good. The itenery was not planned well. It was a waste of time for some sites.
What's Not Good: We should have been informed about other locations from central Bhutan, which we came to know from our driver.

The behaviour of the organiser Mr Sambit, guide Mr Neema and driver was excellent. Mr Neema took care of our children excellently throughout the trip. Our stay arrangements were comfortable but still has the scope to improve.
The vehicle used for our transportation during our trip in Bhutan was not so good and comfortable. However the behaviour of its driver was very nice and polite.

We started our journey from Delhi and flew to Bagdogra. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by our driver who took us to the border of Bhutan & India (Phuentsholing), provided by Samit. While reaching, we met Samit on the way, and he navigated us smoothly through the immigration process for Bhutan.

Our first stay was in Phuentsholing, and it was great. Samit arranged the hotel beyond our expectations.

The next morning, we set off from Phuentsholing. Our companions for the journey were our wonderful driver - Tinley and our charismatic tour guide - Norbu. They drove us through winding roads without hassle between forests, rolling hills, and villages tucked away in the valleys. Norbu's storytelling really elevated the experience!

Every mountain and every monastery had a story, and Norbu had a knack for turning history into a living. He told us tales of Buddhist legends and the significance of the Buddhism that adorned every pass.

Our major stops were Thimphu, the iconic Dochula Pass, Punakha, and Paro. The highlight of the trip came a few days later when we trekked to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, a place that seemed almost suspended in mid-air, clinging to the cliffs. The hike was challenging, all the way it was raining, but Norbu kept our spirits high! When we finally reached the top, the view was beyond breathtaking – it was surreal.

Throughout the journey, Norbu and Tinley became more than just our guide and driver – they became friends. We shared Bhutanese meals together, laughed over cultural exchanges, and bonded over.

Thanks to Paradise Tours & Travels, and the warmth and generosity of Samit, Tinley, and Norbu, our trip was not just a vacation – it was a life-changing experience. Bhutan had worked its magic on us, and as our plane took off from Bagdogra, we knew we’d carry a piece of its serenity with us, wherever we went.

Bhutan, The land of Thunder Dragon is truly fascinating. And what makes this green, clean and densely mountainous country even more beautiful, are its people.
All the above came true to its promise when my wife and I planned a holiday to this jewel of a country. I can write pages about our trip, but then this is just a review.
Planning started in August 2023 when I happened to chance upon a review for Mr. Samit Chettri, the architect of our vacation. He runs a travel company by the name Paradise Tours and Travels in Jaigaon, West Bengal bordering the Bhutanese town Phuentsholing. Samit ji knew exactly what I wanted in the suggested amount of time that we had and planned the trip in such a manner that we could see enough without tiring us and at the same time not leaving us dissatisfied that there was still so much we could do. The planning was just perfect. From the time you start talking to him, he is always in touch with you even after you have paid him that advance amount. And while you are in Bhutan, he’s in touch with you through the local SIM given to you almost every day.
Pema Thinley and Kinlay, my Bhutanese guides then and now our closest friends in Bhutan, are the most vital part of this vacation. Although being a different country, which it is, Pema and Kinlay just make you feel at home right from the time you step into the immigration office. Pema and Kinlay, both are extremely well equipped with the history of Bhutan and how to enhance your stay in Bhutan. Pema and Kinlay, both speak Bhutanese, Nepalese, English, Hindi effortlessly. Mind you they’re both well educated and have stayed in Tamil Nadu, India to complete their graduation. So, a bit Tamil too.
I would like to conclude this article by assuring, Paradise Tours and Travels along with Samit Chettri, Pema Thinley and Kinlay makes the travel company the most sought for. If you are booking them which you must, don’t worry about anything at all. Not even urgent Bhutanese currency.
Last word of caution to fellow travellers, respect the country’s toiled effort to maintain its greenery, its cleanliness, and its culture.

We are senior citizen and hence asked Mr Samit to plan our trip of Bhutan for 8 days considering we are senior.
And Samit did it excellent way. Even in the mountain Area of Bhutan we travelled at a stretch very less, stayed only 3 hotels and manage all the required sightseeing.food was also good. His guide Mr Suban and Driver Mr Samir done their job GREAT.

Highly recommend to plan Bhutan trip with Samit Chettri as he plans the best itinerary considering guest's inputs and personal experience. He also takes personal care of all his guests and that's something really hard to find these days.
The guide Pema really helped us to manage and make it possible with a toddler onboard.
The driver Kinley drove through the hair pin curves very safely and still punctual.

Bhutan trip was well managed by Samit Chettry. I was worried As I was going to a new country with my wife and two kids (10 years and 6 years). Then I met this magician Samit who made my trip so easy and enjoyable. His teammate guide TT and driver Pema were so friendly and helpful. We decided to visit Bhutan on the eleventh hour and was really concerned how to manage accommodation, guide and other formalities. One call with Samit Chhetri and everything was taken care of. The hotels in Thimphu, punakha and paro had excellent views and showstopper was the food in the punakha hotel, didn't expect such delicious Indian food in Bhutan! The vehicle was a Hyundai Tucson (added benefit of sunroof which translated to unique camera angles), both guide and the driver was friendly and courteous all the time. Special thanks to Samit for pushing us for the tigers nest trek... A lifetime experience. Samit helped a lot from arranging train tickets from Kolkata to hasimara to jaigaon. I had booked my trip on 27th June,2023 for 6 nights/7 days. The traveling experience was seamless from the beginning and the itinerary was customized to cover the best sightseeing places. The behavior of the people in charge was very cordial and welcoming. The hotels booked for us in Jaigaon, Thimphu and Paro were great as well. We travelled Bhutan from 23 may to 29 may through Samit ji , he organised the tour well, at thimpu hotel Dushit d2 and at paro hotel Himalayas key resorts are marvellous propertieds but in Punakha RKPO GREEN RESORT and in phuentsholing hotel Gamega are poor properties , kindly never opt those, also for travel from bagdogra to phuentsholing book only Innova crysta or latest model other vehicles, Samit ji is a cooperative and humble professional.We are thankful for his supportive services.Mahesh Kumar Garg, Rohini Delhi

Kudos to Mr. Samit for a very smoothly organized trip to Bhutan (3 N & 4D). I appreciate him for going out of his way help customize the tour in choosing hotels and itinerary. I must say his prices are
