I booked the trip for Shimla and Manali for my parents of age 65+ and hence I requested a driver who would be helpful and make their tour comfortable but instead travelepedia assigned us a driver named Paramjeet who was the exact opposite. He was rude, irresponsible, careless and most importantly a fraud.He did not know the destination routes and directions and the timings for the sight seeing places listed in the iternary. Moreover he dropped them few kilometres before the actual destination stating nonsense reasons in order to get comission from the local transport people and made my parents roam like hell and made them walk a long way to all the destinations. He only went to places where he got comission from the local entertainment places and if we refused to hook up with his guy due to higher rates he treated them harshly without even a basic courtesy for elder people. When informed to travelepedia they were so lethargic and irresponsible and supported their driver only. On a whole an expected memorable trip was made miserable purely by the driver's attitude and behaviour and irresponsible travel agent. Total waste of money .

Amazing Kashmir Trip with Travelepedia! We recently booked a Kashmir travel package with Travelepedia for a group of 20 members, and it was an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and everything was well-organized. A special thanks to Vikas for offering us a great package with comfortable accommodations. The hotels were good, and our driver was extremely professional and helpful, making our journey smooth and enjoyable. We absolutely loved exploring Pahalgam—the valleys are breathtaking! Gulmarg’s snow activities were another highlight of our trip, making it a truly unforgettable adventure. Overall, it was the best experience! We highly recommend Travelepedia for anyone planning a Kashmir trip. Looking forward to traveling with them again!

Poor Coordination, Disappointing Experience We booked our trip to Shimla and Manali through Travel Epedia and suggested the hotels snow valley resort Shimla and Larisa resort Manali , which the travel agent booked for us. While the hotel bookings were fine and both the hotels were excellent, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. Our main requirement was a driver who could follow the itinerary, but every day, the driver seemed completely unaware of it. He would take us to one site, and then we had to remind him about the remaining places. It felt as if we had hired a random driver ourselves rather than one assigned by the travel agency. There was absolutely no coordination between the travel agent and the driver. Surprisingly, the travel agent never even checked in with us to see if we had any issues during the trip. Additionally, the driver had no knowledge about good local restaurants, which made it difficult for us to find decent places to eat. We expected better guidance from someone familiar with the area. Though the driver was polite, the lack of communication and organization made our trip frustrating. We expected a smooth, hassle-free experience, but instead, we had to manage things ourselves. Given this poor service, we would not recommend Travel Epedia.
