We travelled to vrindavan and Agra with TourTripX, it was wonderful experience everything was arranged well. Loved the hotel (Yadhav Bhawan) rooms was clean and the food was too good felt like home food. The guides were well knowledge. Car driver was polite and was very helpful. Both the co-ordinators Miss Aditi and Miss Vishnu was very polite and helpful through out the trip.Looking forward to travel again ?

We completed Varanasi, Prayagraj and Ayodhya trip with TourTripX for 4N 5D with most of senior citizens along this week. Anmol ji made the Trip plan very well, he is very knowledgeable. Vishnu ji managed everything throughout the 5 days of our trip by helping us time to time whenever required, she is very kind and kept check on us throughout the trip. Vishal, Anand were the drivers with 20-seater travelers, they were kind and took us everywhere patiently, they were professional drivers. Chandan along with the driver helped us as a caretaker. Very grateful for the whole team for making trip memorable. Day 1: Picked from the Varanasi Airport in the morning and visited few places and then checked in Hotel Dev Residency which was very good with clean rooms and great service by all the people there, food was also good. Then visited Namo Ghat and went for Aarti in the boat. Day 2: Visited all the temples in Varanasi, Sugam Darshan Booking in the early morning helped us to skip long queues in Kasi Viswanath Temple on Monday, thanks to Anmol ji for booking these. This day was bit hectic by covering all the temples for senior citizens. Day 3: Reached Prayagraj and visited all the places, this day was done very peacefully. Vishnu ji helped us in providing the Guide contact promptly upon a request. At the end checked in Hotel Park View in which rooms were good, but with overpriced food menu the quality of food was also average, service was bad with arrogant people, they even changed the Breakfast Menu dish plan which caused everyone in the hotel to get angry on hotel management. Day 4: Reached Ayodhya and visited all the places with the help of a Guide. Guide is recommended here as there are many main places to visit. For Senior Citizens of age 70+, Ram Mandir has Wheelchair facility which helped us to have pleasant darshan. This day was worth every second, all darshans were done. Later checked in Hotel Heaven Grand in which rooms were good, food was not good with less options, certain rooms had no Geyser facility and Lift was not working. Day 5: Reached Lucknow and drop at Airport. Improvements: 1) Better hotels can be recommended in Prayagraj and Ayodhya. 2) Sugam Darshan for Ram Mandir is available online, which was not conveyed. People without senior citizens can book online prior to 15days for hustleless darshan. Overall TourTripX is a great tour planner, I recommend planning the trips and I also look forward for my future trips. The people are kind and very supportive. Recently completed 5 days trip to Prayag, Varanasi, Ayodhya. We were group of 5 ladies. Overall experience was great. There were some issues with communication. Earlier we were coordinating with Shrishti but then she stopped responding my message and calls. Then after reaching out to Sandeep, Vishnu reached out and then she managed everything really well. There were some issues with one property which also she resolved timely and provided us better place. The driver was very very nice. Very well behaved and protective. He helped us everywhere and ensured we don't get into any trouble. I will recommend to travel with them.

Trip was nice . hotel rooms r all good . information and arrangements made by company is good .esply with teamwork of shalini singh.,vehicle and driver was good but driver had no much knowledge of whereabouts of tourist spots given by u.which cost lots of time for us .guide given by company was not up to the mark at varanasi.sharmaji at varnasi temple was a nice man conducted rituals properly. Miss vishnu was nice in dealing with customers but short of vocaubolary and accounts. Plz don't take tuorist to any restaurant on the ,near by way to Varanasi airport which cost us our ailments and medical expenses. .they gave us bad food In short tour was good had very very good darshan of vishwanath temple..and ram lalla ...

We 4 ladies just completed a tour of Lucknow, Ayodhya, Prayagraj and Varanasi with tour trip X for 1 week.It was well planned by Mr Anmol and he after chatting with me gave me best itenary within no time and exactly as per my interests. Many thanks to Anmol and 5 stars to him for the planning and the execution. He booked nice hotels in all the places very fast. Also Sugam darshan in Kashi so that we could walk in without any hassle. Also cruize in Varanasi is such a wonderful experience.Vishnu was our tour coordinator and arranged Ertiga for the trip. The driver Prahlad we got for Lucknow trip was wonderful and guided us and had good patience. 5 stars for him also. But the next driver Pradip who came with us to Ayodhya upto Varanasi was only a boy with no experience and was not very friendly and polite. We had to arrange local guides for Varanasi and the guide we got there, Firoz was very supportive and we could cover all places, even temples not in itenary and also due to holi, we covered last days places also on previous day and Firoz managed it very well. 5 stars to Firoz and 1 star to our boy driver Pradip. Overall, we had an amazing trip and look forward to Trip X for next trips, if they give some more care in selecting drivers for their customers.Thank u Trip X

We were 6 people and mostly senior citizens, who recently completed Mahakumbh through TourTripX. It was very well planned and cordinated pilgrimage, thanks to Anmol from sales, Vishnu from operation and driver shivam singh and to some extent guide ajay pandey. Anmol, is very knowledgeable and planned the tours in detail; right from places of visit, best route, flight tickets(including webcheckins), Cab service, ganga cruise at Varanasi(which was surreal!!), VIP darshan at Kashi vishwanath( all credit to Anmol) etc. Highlights of TourTripx 1. Anmol's Itinerary of the tour keeping in mind the age group and constantly being in touch throughout the tour. 2. Thanks to Anmol for booking tickets at 12.00 o'clock in the night for VIP darshan of Kashi Vishwanath temple and Ganga cruise at Varanasi. 3. Availability of Vishu to hearout our issues and trying her best to resolve it. She readily received our call at early morning(5 am), late evening and on sundays as well. I am impressed by her ability to listen patiently inspite of challenges of operation during Mahakumbh. The same goes for Anmol as well. 4. Shivam singh as a driver was our saviour both during travel from Varanasi to Prayagraj and Prayagraj to Lucknow airport. He patiently drove through traffic and made sure we reached our destinations safely. What didn't work 1) Cab Service - TourTripX's unability to provide a proper 7+1 seater Innova crysta. We were total 8 people including driver and guide. It was discussed and promised by TourTripX to provide a Innova with bench seats in second and third row so that everyone could sit comfortably. However, the Vehicle provided were bucket seats and travel comfort was affected. 2) Also it was agreed to provide single vehicle for the entire tour. However vehicles were changed multiple times. TourTripX needs to streamline their cab service operations to ensure customer satisfaction. 3) Guide facility- We were promised same guide throughout the tour. However, Ajay Pandey ditched us in Varanasi and didn't continue for prayagraj which was the most critical destination. In fact, we had a panic situation when at early morning at 5.00am, we called him and he informed that he cannot come and to call Vishnu to provide another guide (at 5.00am and we had a 6.00am darshan at Kashi vishwanath!!). This was completely unprofessional of him. Later he did the tour that's only when I called Vishu and Anmol. To be fair he ensured a proper darshan of Ayodhya and Varanasi. However, Ajay being a cab operator himself, there is a risk of taking him as guide and TourTripX should make sure their customers don't suffer due to this. 4) No proper guide were provided at Prayagraj for the holy dip. This was a big disappointment from TourTripX. All in all, taking into consideration the Mahakumbh rush and the challenges that comes with it, We had a very good tour and our sincere thanks to Anmol, Vishnu and Shivam. I would definitely recommend TourTripX and shall plan my future tours through them.

The entire trip was made incredibly easy and comfortable. The driver was very knowledgeable and ensured we reached Khumb quickly, even navigating through the large crowd. I loved the entire experience, and a big thank you to TourTripX for crafting such an amazing itinerary. It truly was a wonderful journey!

I recently took a tour to Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya with Tour TripX from January 27, 2025, to February 1, 2025, and I wanted to share my experience. **Positives:** - The tour guide, Nidhi, along with Vishnu, were fantastic! Both were highly knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture of the places we visited. Their enthusiasm made the experience feel personal and engaging. - The accommodations were generally great. Hotel Quality Inn was excellent—comfortable, clean, and with great service. Unfortunately, Ayansh Klyde Inn didn't quite match the standard, especially in terms of hospitality. - The driver, Shubham Verma, was outstanding! He was polite, professional, and very accommodating throughout the trip. He made sure we were always comfortable and safe on the roads. **Negatives:** - We faced some transportation delays between January 28 and January 31, 2025, due to heavy traffic. While this was out of anyone's control, it did affect our schedule. **Conclusion:** Despite the minor transportation issue, I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Tour TripX for anyone looking to explore these wonderful destinations. The itinerary was well-planned, and the overall experience was enriching. Thank you for making this trip memorable!
