It was a great experience in our Sikkim and Darjeeling trip with TourDeworld . We got a personalised itinerary as per our requirements and arrangements was too good . Tour de world Arrange excellent tour of north east. Tawang, dirang, bomdila, shilong, cherapunji, dawki. Fully trust on World de tour bcz all hotels service nice, all visiting spots covred by iternary. There is no cheating i fully trust on it.Driever also Good smooth drieving, They properly guide us time to time.

It was a beautiful experience with Tour de World, as I have been to Sikkim for a week with my partner. Shakib Siddiqui the man who planned my itinerary as per my needs mentioned to him, he was professional at his job. Communication was good with quick responses as per my expectations. People are quite flexible in their team so that I managed to customise my trip while on the trip also. Shakib's suggestion helped me a lot and hotel suggestion was too good from his side and all the arrangements were actually up to my expectations. Main thing was that the drivers who had taken us to different sightseeing in Sikkim/Darjeeling are quite reliable, polite and highly experienced. I will suggest one can go on trips with tour de world. Truly Reliable Travel Agency.

For 3N kuta, 1N nusa penida and 2N ubud.

We planned a Sikkim - Darjeeling trip with TourDeWorld and didn’t face any issue in the entire trip. The drivers were very cooperative along with Anubhav and all this made our trip super comfortable and memorable! One suggestion - Hotels were decent but can be more good along with food options

Pathetic service. Only the hotel at Gangtok was good other were not upto the mark of 3 star hotel which he claims. Even after requesting good cabs in advance we did not get even a single good cab. All cabs had fungus stains on the seats. A tour operator should always take care of public holidays and how it affects the itinerary. We had a tour at Darjeeling and on the day of Buddha Purnima (which is celebrated at this place) they planned a local tour where all the spots were closed due to the festival. This should be a common sense that they should not plan things like this on such days. They even asked us to pay the driver extra for the spots that were included in the plan and said they will refund it to is later. Now when we ask him for the money he says he doesn't even know who asked us to pay extra. Do not believe even a word when he tries to assure you about things. Once he receives money he will stop responding to your calls and messages. The said tour operator claims that he gives 24/7 services but at the time of needs when we are in a situation he would not even call back later and later will say that why did not you inform me.... And would give such answers of ever mistake from his end. Such beautiful place experience was ruined because of this unprofessional tour operator. *EDIT (after reply from operator) - 1. The option that he is mentioning about alternative cab service at extra cost and our budget was never mentioned. This is the first time hearing about this from him. 2. As he says it was our arrangement with driver, let me be clear this request had gone through the whole co-ordination team and was said you can continue that way. Please do not add any new things that were not mentioned to us and say this was mistake on our side. Be aware of such things while considering this tour operator!!

They organized everything to perfection. Every hotel and locations were great and the tour guides were also very good. Overall I would highly recommend them if you're planning a trip.
