Hello, My kids were longing to experience snow for quite some time. While I was exploring the different options, I was recommended TourDeWorld by one of my friend. Honestly, the whole trip was organized and taken care very well. Right from flight ticket booking, to stay, to cabs, everything was very well planned and we just had to thoroughly enjoy. My kids felt on top of the world while they witnessed the snow. Special thanks to Monidipa for being in touch with us constantly and guiding us through the journey. Travel date : 10th Jan 2025 to 19th Jan 2025 Tour : Sikkim and Darjelling Reason for the above date is for ppl to get the latest info so that travel company do not decieve you by saying they improvised later. I travelled with this agency with my spouse and group of friends and here are the list of : Pros : You are an idiot if you are looking for them or you dont care about your hard earned money Cons : Its gonna take a day but i will try, let me start with Pickup from airport (where you trip is going for a toss) - Driver is incapable of locating you in the smallest airport in india. He would expect you to drag your luggages & trollies to his place - Make sure you sit on working door sides of the car so that you can open them in need (Hope you understood the condition of cab which they provided) - Make sure you wear use and throw clothes because cabs provided are so dirty. Rarely serviced, Tyres worn out. - Please make sure you plan your itenary about the roads because you may not get help from them - Do not go by the reviews which they provided for hotels which they suggest. All of the reviews are written by either there relatives or friends. SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH FEMALE FOLKS stay away from this travel agency as they dont care about their safety. (You might spend your day in the hotel thinking what could happen next). Crowd which comes to these hotels are hooligans. - Do not go by their words or promises about the quality of the services they just want you to complete the payment so that you do not have an option but to continue with their services or they will stop the services in the middle of the itenary. They have no courtesy. - Tour comprises of going to inclined roads/ snowy paths but their vehicles are not equipped to handle such terrains and yet they blame on you or have a sorry face. You can see other vehicles by other agencies travelling in same direction where your vehicle cant pass by. - Rooms provided by them are claustrophobic and unhygenic with no basic facilities. - Couples thinking to have a good time or privacy in hotels should come out of their dreams. Out of 9 days, stay provided by them for 4 days (Gangtok, Namchi, Lachen were decent. Last two days stay provided by them in Darjelling were having reception counter right beside our door (Within 2 feet distance). Initially we spoke to Mr. Shakib siddique who promised on all these aspects and trapped us into this itenary by sharing luring hotel images and later we interacted with Falguni who again promised in the middle of travel to make sure we completed the payment, Once we completed the payment, we were at their mercy (Not sure if i can use Disposal word) & they stopped responding to our calls As i mentioned above i can go on and on but i will summarize it by saving my time. I WOULD NOT OR NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY TO ANYONE SINCE WE HAD TO RUIN OUR TRIP BY CALLING THEM DAILY & ARGUING FOR THE SERVICES WHICH THEY PROVIDED ( TRUST ME WE PAID THEM WELL) FOR MORE THAN A LAKH TWENTY THOUSAND RUPEES. They would care less for the feedback which we will provide but i hope this would help someone who wants to have a good holiday. Sorry for the humor thats all i can say.
