Our whole family was at rishikesh and it was his responsibility to pick us up from there and he denied that responsibility. And leave us there and ask to “wait and watch”. He also

Akshat : We are sorry for your experience and that we were unable to correct things to your satisfaction. To be fair, our offered solutions were denied by your family since you wanted us to bear all the costs arising due to trip extension which happened due to landslides and flooding. Our professional team endured the abuses your group had been hurling since 14 days.

Its because of me you guys did not have to face police action and were actually able to beat flooding, get authentic 3 star hotels as per the guidelines issued by ministry of Tourism, India, good food as per your timing, etc. However we do regret your disappointment and if you change your mind about us correcting any issues let us know.
