The best travel agency, we have booked the trip for manali, however our trip got postponed and they helped us rebooking the entire itinerary without any additional charges. They helped us in replanning everything even in the bad situation in himachal right now.

Best Tour & Travel agent in Shimla. Many many thanks to Owner swara Thakur for arranging my tour. They provided me with the exact plan & the most expert driver in Himachal Mr. Avinash. In the beginning I was very hesitant about paying advance & security but they all proved me wrong. Throughout the tour they didn't ask for any money. Fraud Travel Agents of Himachal. We've booked the trip from them via travelsetu. There were natural calamities in himachal during the trip and our trip wasn't even started properly. These people were keep blackmailing us for dropping us to Chandigarh. The owner Swara and Sameer are quite rude and abusive. They just want to grab the money without even start of the trip

Extremely Disappointed with Unprofessional Behavior and Greedy Attitude of Travel Agent I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the travel agent, it's owner Swara and staff Sameer who handled my planned trip to Chitkul. Unfortunately, the trip did not take place due to unforeseen natural calamities, but the behavior and attitude displayed by the travel agent only added to my frustration. The natural calamities that struck the region led to the change of the trip, which was completely understandable. What was unacceptable, however, was the travel agent's reaction to this situation. Instead of displaying empathy and understanding, the travel agent's behavior turned hostile and greedy. They showed no interest in helping me understand the situation or exploring possible alternatives. Instead, their main focus seemed to be on the financial aspect. They were reluctant to provide information about refunds or rescheduling options, and it became clear that their primary concern was protecting their own interests rather than assisting the affected customers. This greedy attitude was a clear indication of the travel agent's lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. Their inability to handle the situation with compassion and integrity only added to the stress and disappointment I was already experiencing due to the canceled trip. Further, whenever they want to extort money they stopped the traveller and asked money for advance days to start the trip In conclusion, my experience with this travel agent has been overwhelmingly negative. The lack of professionalism, unruly behavior, and greedy attitude in the face of a natural calamity have left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I strongly advise against using their services and recommend seeking out a more reputable and customer-focused travel agency for your future travel plans.
