What's Not Good: Navigator booked shimla hotel and dalhousie hotel was not good no hygiene no staff available at hotel ,and also they made package wrongly they added worthless some places which was not completed in our 8 days tour plan ..when I asked about the jwalamukhi place they can denied but they added for in 8 days..but reality is we can not complete jwalamukhi temple in 8 days trip.and also driver behavior was rude in whole trip.

What's Good: All the places.
What's Not Good: Though the hotels were good, they differed from what was mentioned in the itinerary. Also, I had to follow up each time to learn the name of the hotel or homestay.

What's Not Good: We have booked the trip . However unfortunately we had to cancel it due to war cropped up and affecting in that part of the country.. We have requested for a refund . though the hotels they have booked gave them the credit note , they were not ready to refund the advance which is not acceptable and to our disappointment. To our surprise the general manager has blocked my number when i was trying to call him which is very unprofessional . please arrange the refund of the advance paid . Regards.

What's Good: All well.
What's Not Good: Not so good location planning of Hotels...hotels good but rooms without proper view were given most of the time.. Far away hotels.

What's Not Good: They are liars, at start they asked for advance, later we got trapped into their sayings, they didn't gave a tour of sisu valley, they did swaps in hotel room without letting us know later they didn't compensate for that. When I said that please return my amount or deduct it from my final payment, they told the driver that if final payment is not made don't move the car.

What's Good: Support from Mrs Anjana was awesome. Driver was very good.
What's Not Good: Iternary could be better.

What's Not Good: Pathetic Service.... Unexperienced driver who was not knowing about roads and ways he depends on us and asking for watching map...till last moment u people have not shared any hotel details..... Third class hotel services....rooms was full of dirtyness a d cockroaches.... Pathetic food served last but not the least u people have created bad memories in our trip ... Poor fellow services... mismatch between expectations and reality.....I will never forget you people wasted my full money....

What's Good: All about trip is great pleasure. Slow fall was great experience.
What's Not Good: Coming back chandigarh at 17.00 hrs , we required night trip chandigarh for upto 24.00 hrs but not able to avail.

What's Good: Travel and driver
What's Not Good: At Nanital Hotel ..very bad service

What's Good: Due to war we cancelled our trip and they assure to adjust advance given to them in next tour which will be valid for 1 year .I am thankful to them for courtesy

What's Good: The Navigators Tour & travel company is a very wonderful travel company. If you want a wonderful and amazing trip..,.. then you must join The navigators Travel Company because its lucky sir is very cooperative and helping person...Their travel office is equipped with the modern facilities If you want a very luxurious stay then definitely use Dreams Yatri package. today's era, this travel company provides a wonderful trip to its guests by doing good management in Very sufficient money.Lucky sir nature was very polite and good, the package was very good Thanku so much lucky sir.....

What's Good: I have planned 2nd time a trip for shimla from mr lucky (The navigators shimla)..well organised..will book again and again by Mr lucky..recommend all..go for it..thanks navigators team and specially thanks to Mr lucky

What's Not Good: Hotel services was average. Geyser was not working in hotel eco grooves, Manali. Neither they provided hot water after repeated request. Food was good in all the hotels and also cooperation from Anjana, from team navigator was also good.But the transportation part was worst coordinated by anurag.Driver( Rohit) was not cooperating and was refusing to take to places even which were included in the package. They were not handling luggages properly, due to which no. Lock of my suitcase got damaged.After changing the driver(rahul), the trip went well and he was cooperative.Overall trip was average.
