We did a 10 day tour including Darjeeling, Sikkim, Gangtok and assam with this company in january 1 week this year . The accomodation was very good and the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable .The drivers were very good as well .Would recommend Territory tours and travels if you wish to take a tour there .Progress was very helpful in organising the tour .We were picked up from the airport and taken for our onward journey Great company

We visited Sikkim on 23rd of December. Our tour guide Mr. progess was very cooperative and had arranged our hotel voucher and travel card in advance. We were recieved by the driver at airport. He took us to the hotel in gangtok. Then we visited all the places and our tour guide was very friendly.

However on our trip to lachung, the hotel "flower valley resort" was not good. It was not well arranged, and the service was also not proper. We were charged extra for room heater. That heater also didn't help us because it was a small one and the weather was extremely cold.

But on our stay to gangtok the hotel "the garden retreat" was very pleasant, the service was very good. I am very happy with the hotel service.

Overall the trip was nice. I would recommend this traveller to others.

Not a good operator ,does not responds for refund to senior citizens though airlines have refunded hundred percent.

Although we could not make the trip due to carona virus but we received timely response during our planning the trip including partial refund due to unfortunate cancellation of our trip with a promise to refund balance amount in April

We visit Bhutan on 19/10/19 To 26/9/19 .our group consists of 8 person.food and accommodation were nice except @silligury. Vehicles and driver were not good. Regards Dr.prof. Zeenath.ajmal University of Kerala

The driver asked us to be ready at 4:00 am but he didn’t turn up. We woke up at 3am and were ready by 4 but he didn’t even pick up the call. He answered the call at 5am and said that he was sleeping and didn’t even apologise for that.They scheduled the trip very badly.They don’t even know the timings of the tourist places.We missed half of the sightseeing places bcoz of their bad scheduling.When we called the travel agent to complain,she said “I don’t know”. They made this trip a very bad memory for us. Even the owner is not at all concerned.I don’t know the reason they are running the travels. We asked the agent so many times to take the permit for nathula pass.The travel agent said that 1day prior visit is enough to take permit. After going there they didn’t allow us to nathula pass as we don’t have permit. When we complained about this to the owner, he said “I don’t know”.Please don’t prefer this travels.

Mr. Vikaram has arranged the bhutan trip very Proffessional. we have group 18 people The hotels are very good in jalgoan ( hotel sheetal) & Thimpu ( Hotel Kubera) it is very good hotels In breakfast is very good. Driver Mr. Rai is very good. Mr. Rai driver is driven the vechicle safely with helping for every body. Our team like very much Mr. Rai. For arranging permit for 18 people with 2 hrs. ms lindy she is very helpful to permit arranging local sim.

Only in Paro the dechan hill resorts . The breakfast is delayed,

Mr. Vikram was following for all the arrangement.

I will perfer Territory travels for next future trips also.

Avarage There is a scope to improve.

Vehicle not provided as told
old & not even better vehicle arranged
when very next day the vehicke breakdowned
informed to Teriotory tours representative not lifting the phones.
Communication gap mentained through out the tours by the tour management.
Many more things are better.
Just there is a scope for improvement

We (two families) senior citizens visited Bhutan during first week of October for 5days . The tour was facilitated by Territory travels. We traveled through Poustling after obtaining permission to visit Bhutan. Mr Vikram has arranged hazel free permit, travel and stay at most reasonable budget . We were given a 6+1 seats spacious car with English speaking driver who made our tour lively , showing all places and explaining their importance. Hotel Takstong Paradise at Paro, Hotel Kubera at Thimphu were clean , neat , comfortable and very good. The food was very good for us (Rice eaters) and never felt that we are away from home. Every day Mr Vikram used to enquire about our stay, comfort and advise about places to be visited. Territory travels has organized wonderful trip for us not only in Bhutan but also stay and site seeing in Kolkata . We were picked up at Airports and dropped off promptly. On the whole we enjoyed our trip. Thanks to Vikram and Territory Travels, Siliguri .

The trip arange from the begining to the end was marvellous. We really enjoy are vacation. The Hotels and vehicle provided was upto the mark. I recomment TERRITORY TOURS and TRAVELS.

Me and my friends had visited Bhutan last month.Thanks to Territory Travels who planned our tour with best budget and services.We didn't face any problem for staying​ transporting and permit making.

Last week we have booked Bhutan Tour with Territory Travels, Vikram organised our tour very well.

We had booked our travel with these territory travels 3 months in advance for the month of May. At the time of booking Mr. VIKRAM was too sweet.. we had payed the advance as well with respect of behaviour.. Post receiving advance had faced very low response from Vikram. We didn't get travel voucher on time. Post 2 reminders finally we got our confirmed voucher after a month.

As soon as our trip started we started seeing their in professionalism. The promised vehicles as per voucher was 2 innova but we got 1 innova and 1 sedan. 9 ppl altogether travelling were very uncomfortable. Anyhow we reached the hotel since the driver wasn't aware which hotel was he to take also the hotel name shared in voucher with us didn't exsisted.
Next day the vehicles were unavailable to pick up us up.. we had to continuously follow up for vehicle with the company and these travel guys didn't pick the phone.. stating it's a peak time.. we didn't expect this after booking in advance . We were very unhappy about it, when we objected it they they said we won't take this trip further. Every morning we faced issues including unavailability of vehicle, unavailability of hotel , rerouting our trip and disappointment in hotels..
Only gangtok hotel was fine.. hotel in pelling was horrible.. we were forced to stay 2 nights in pelling.. as darjeeling booked hotel booking wasnt available and mind it we have confirmed our travel 3 months in advance..but when we objected we were rerouted to kalingpong which was not in our itenery. They we got a night stay in Darjeeling was was not at all up to the standards of hotel as per voucher. Further to it we had our afternoon train and in the morning we didn't had vehicle for pickup to drop to station. We had to manage ourselves at the end to reach station on time..

We had tough time, we weren't able to enjoy such a beautiful place just because of them.. they spoiled our complete holiday..

Super disappointment.. money got wasted..

We r extremely pleased with the bhutan experience.this is because u have taken personal interest for our comfort and enjoyment.The driver was also very good.best stay at good hotels.we shall recommend territory travels to others.Thanks.

I have travelled sikkim last week arranged by Territory travels,and it was not at all good experience . The agent had not booked our accommodation properly. Their team is not at all time punctual. First 2 days of tour we were just kept sitting in hotel waiting for cars till 12pm. Because of this we had missed some spots. They just talk politely and keep constant contact before reaching there and after collecting money they were ignoring us , even were not receiving our calls.

We had a very nice trip to Bhutan.
Our travel agent (Territory Travel)Mr. Vikram Raselly is very good. He arranged good hotels n vehicle.
Every person in Bhutan is good, as far as our trip is concerned.As we are the vegetarians, got vegetarians sumptous lunches n dinners.
I strongly recommend Territory Travel to visit Bhutan.

It was a wonderful trip for our 7 couple, ( 14 ) all senior citizens . Very well orgnised by Mr Vikram, 9836159757 right from Bagdogra airport and back. Mr vikram took special care of us all being above 65 , provided a guide wherever needed. Nice hotels , food , sight seeing, fun and frolic.
We used coaster bus, but advisable to use innova for less traveling time. But bus journey has its advantages of being together.

If you use Territory Travels as your agent , be prepared for unpleasant surprises. The agent never picks up the phone , you will have to wait for his call back. His follow up is only till you make the payment. Once you become his prey, be prepared to get slaughtered.

Hotels change, vehicle changes & itenary also changes. You need to be prepared for a surprise everyday. Infact most of the details are only verbal , you don't receive a statement for anything.

Lastly don't expect any receipt for your payments.because that is asking for too much. A receipt for Mr. Vikram is sending email details of calculations.

Please don't get cheated like us through the online the false positive feedback .
The one star given is for the driver and guide who were locals and honest.

Punakha hotel was pathetic. Hotel kingaling.
Also in taksang paradise I was given small room. Even after making proper booking and territory had confirmed me suite room. But Vikram the owner used to not pick calls after hearing the problems. Overall OK OK experience.

The arrangements of accommodation was very good.The problem were sorted out quickly.The responses communication and behaviour of Mr Vikram was very nice.I will prefer to plan my future tour programmes with them.I wish for their success in future.

We had an amazing vacation in Bhutan thanks to our agents. I contacted the company this January through Territory Travels and after a few emails about us (family of 3 with active 2 old boy who loves nature) Vikram planned an amazing trip. Our entire vacation was perfect and hassle free. I can't stress enough how everything we did was terrific and taken care of. There were no stresses for me about what we were doing, how we would get there, would we know where to go, when and where we would eat, how we would get back, etc. it was a true vacation for the parents and kids!!! Full of family time, great cultural experiences, lots of learning, and delicious meals. I'd also add that for the services provided (private everything, amazing tour guide, and very customized itinerary and schedule) the pricing was very reasonable. Again a completely stress free vacation re logistics and activities for the parents - so it was what a vacation should be - family time having new experiences together. Thanks Vikram
