We did a 10 day tour including Darjeeling, Sikkim, Gangtok and assam with this company in january 1 week this year . The accomodation was very good and the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable .The drivers were very good as well .Would recommend Territory tours and travels if you wish to take a tour there .Progress was very helpful in organising the tour .We were picked up from the airport and taken for our onward journey Great company

We visited Sikkim on 23rd of December. Our tour guide Mr. progess was very cooperative and had arranged our hotel voucher and travel card in advance. We were recieved by the driver at airport. He took us to the hotel in gangtok. Then we visited all the places and our tour guide was very friendly.
However on our trip to lachung, the hotel "flower valley resort" was not good. It was not well arranged, and the service was also not proper. We were charged extra for room heater. That heater also didn't help us because it was a small one and the weather was extremely cold.
But on our stay to gangtok the hotel "the garden retreat" was very pleasant, the service was very good. I am very happy with the hotel service.
Overall the trip was nice. I would recommend this traveller to others.
Since we did not availed the trip due to covid restrictions, the tour operator did not refund the amount till date

The driver asked us to be ready at 4:00 am but he didn’t turn up. We woke up at 3am and were ready by 4 but he didn’t even pick up the call. He answered the call at 5am and said that he was sleeping and didn’t even apologise for that.They scheduled the trip very badly.They don’t even know the timings of the tourist places.We missed half of the sightseeing places bcoz of their bad scheduling.When we called the travel agent to complain,she said “I don’t know”. They made this trip a very bad memory for us. Even the owner is not at all concerned.I don’t know the reason they are running the travels. We asked the agent so many times to take the permit for nathula pass.The travel agent said that 1day prior visit is enough to take permit. After going there they didn’t allow us to nathula pass as we don’t have permit. When we complained about this to the owner, he said “I don’t know”.Please don’t prefer this travels.

Dear Mr. Reddy, I extremely apologize on behalf of the driver for what happen in Darjeeling. But my team has tried to cover all the missed places the very next day.
For the Nathulla Pass ,let me give you the picture which will help other travelers as well. As per rule the place is completely controlled by the Indian Army , as it is a India -China border and a sensitive place too.Secondly Vehicle approval per day is only 100 .Thirdly the permit is issued one day prior which is non returnable and the Official can close the gate any point of time without prior notice. Many travels companies charges 3-6 thousand during during your tour booking and if any cancellation happen guest are given local sightseeing worth 1200 hundred. We few companies request our Guest to pay directly to the counter where the nathula pass is issued to avoid any confusion on your tour.

We (two families) senior citizens visited Bhutan during first week of October for 5days . The tour was facilitated by Territory travels. We traveled through Poustling after obtaining permission to visit Bhutan. Mr Vikram has arranged hazel free permit, travel and stay at most reasonable budget . We were given a 6+1 seats spacious car with English speaking driver who made our tour lively , showing all places and explaining their importance. Hotel Takstong Paradise at Paro, Hotel Kubera at Thimphu were clean , neat , comfortable and very good. The food was very good for us (Rice eaters) and never felt that we are away from home. Every day Mr Vikram used to enquire about our stay, comfort and advise about places to be visited. Territory travels has organized wonderful trip for us not only in Bhutan but also stay and site seeing in Kolkata . We were picked up at Airports and dropped off promptly. On the whole we enjoyed our trip. Thanks to Vikram and Territory Travels, Siliguri .

We had booked our travel with these territory travels 3 months in advance for the month of May. At the time of booking Mr. VIKRAM was too sweet.. we had payed the advance as well with respect of behaviour.. Post receiving advance had faced very low response from Vikram. We didn't get travel voucher on time. Post 2 reminders finally we got our confirmed voucher after a month.
As soon as our trip started we started seeing their in professionalism. The promised vehicles as per voucher was 2 innova but we got 1 innova and 1 sedan. 9 ppl altogether travelling were very uncomfortable. Anyhow we reached the hotel since the driver wasn't aware which hotel was he to take also the hotel name shared in voucher with us didn't exsisted.
Next day the vehicles were unavailable to pick up us up.. we had to continuously follow up for vehicle with the company and these travel guys didn't pick the phone.. stating it's a peak time.. we didn't expect this after booking in advance . We were very unhappy about it, when we objected it they they said we won't take this trip further. Every morning we faced issues including unavailability of vehicle, unavailability of hotel , rerouting our trip and disappointment in hotels..
Only gangtok hotel was fine.. hotel in pelling was horrible.. we were forced to stay 2 nights in pelling.. as darjeeling booked hotel booking wasnt available and mind it we have confirmed our travel 3 months in advance..but when we objected we were rerouted to kalingpong which was not in our itenery. They we got a night stay in Darjeeling was was not at all up to the standards of hotel as per voucher. Further to it we had our afternoon train and in the morning we didn't had vehicle for pickup to drop to station. We had to manage ourselves at the end to reach station on time..
We had tough time, we weren't able to enjoy such a beautiful place just because of them.. they spoiled our complete holiday..
Super disappointment.. money got wasted..

We are extremely sorry for requesting you to stay at Pelling for 2 night, As due to peak season Hotel had made over booking. As we were informed by the hotel 1 day prior, that the reason we have asked you if alternative arrangement can be made for which you wanted to visit to Kalimpong instead.
We did’nt waited you to reach Darjeeling and then allowing you to face the situation where there is no room for your family and then proving you other Hotel.
Regarding the vehicle we have provided you 1 Innova & 1 Xylo which we have informed prior your arrival and both are Luxury vehicle.
Regarding the Hotel : As per your voucher No-2017128 , I have noticed that your booking was for Standard hotel , we have provided you 2*Star & 3* Star
As in Gangtok we have provided you “Silk Route Residency “ which is a 4*Star property Pelling Hotels was as per Voucher , in Kalimpong we have provided you “Hotel Breathing Stone” and in Darjeeling we provided you “Hotels Dremland”.
On the whole we do believed there has been some error and we apolize for the same and will try to improve for services further.

I have travelled sikkim last week arranged by Territory travels,and it was not at all good experience . The agent had not booked our accommodation properly. Their team is not at all time punctual. First 2 days of tour we were just kept sitting in hotel waiting for cars till 12pm. Because of this we had missed some spots. They just talk politely and keep constant contact before reaching there and after collecting money they were ignoring us , even were not receiving our calls.

We agree that there has been some delay on Transport , but you have witnessed the situation at Gangtok during that time. Vehicle Union Strike has taken place for 2 days due to which there were hardly any Commercial Vehicle in Sikkim.
We , somehow could managed the situation due to our Office Base there and i belong from Sikkim.
You can check on the News Artical regarding problem faced by the Tourists at that time due scarcity of vehicle .
Secondly regarding the Hotel and rooms , we have provided you all Deluxe hotels against your Standard Property.
Due to your flight delayed at the time of arrival ,and vehicle halt , on your request at “Sevoke” for refreshment ,Hotel at Gangtok had to provide dinner at 1:00 am morning going out of their way and serving freshly cooked food and keeping all their staff awake .
Which i believe you should give a big compliment to the hotel
Other Guest residing at the same property was amazed to see this dedication of the Hotels owner and staff.
My Group Tour from 22nd May -5th June was very important because we really had a tough time during this period and was trying to fight with the situation every now and then.
During this period there were 33 Individual Groups travelling with us , from which one was your’s Group(22 heads) as well . At that time Vehicle cost for Lachen & Lachung was 32000/- per vehicle
Which we usually book for 15000/- per vehicle and we have to provided you 3 Vehicle , that come to total – 36000/- extra.
Your tour package was confirmed at 3,68,000/- and my company expenditure on your tour was 4,10,000/- (Hotel and Vehicle bills submitted to your father).
But my team didn’t ask for any extra payment as we believe in commitment.
Maam your group member also understood the situation prevailing at that time, even your father (who run his own travels company).And he was aware of these.
Maam above details are just to let you know about the situation and we agree that there has been some delay on transport.
We as Territory Travels always believe in serving best to our client so that we can build long term relationship with you.

We had a very nice trip to Bhutan.
Our travel agent (Territory Travel)Mr. Vikram Raselly is very good. He arranged good hotels n vehicle.
Every person in Bhutan is good, as far as our trip is concerned.As we are the vegetarians, got vegetarians sumptous lunches n dinners.
I strongly recommend Territory Travel to visit Bhutan.

It was a wonderful trip for our 7 couple, ( 14 ) all senior citizens . Very well orgnised by Mr Vikram, 9836159757 right from Bagdogra airport and back. Mr vikram took special care of us all being above 65 , provided a guide wherever needed. Nice hotels , food , sight seeing, fun and frolic.
We used coaster bus, but advisable to use innova for less traveling time. But bus journey has its advantages of being together.

If you use Territory Travels as your agent , be prepared for unpleasant surprises. The agent never picks up the phone , you will have to wait for his call back. His follow up is only till you make the payment. Once you become his prey, be prepared to get slaughtered.
Hotels change, vehicle changes & itenary also changes. You need to be prepared for a surprise everyday. Infact most of the details are only verbal , you don't receive a statement for anything.
Lastly don't expect any receipt for your payments.because that is asking for too much. A receipt for Mr. Vikram is sending email details of calculations.
Please don't get cheated like us through the online the false positive feedback .
The one star given is for the driver and guide who were locals and honest.

I would like to clear some few points review.....
1.DID WE FAIL TO PROVIDE YOU THE SAID HOTEL ..?
we have provided you the same hotel as promised ..
2. DID WE DEGRADED THE VEHICLE CATEGORY FOR YOUR TOUR ..?
you have booked for Tata Sumo for 4 Adult but we have upgraded to Luxury Innova and Ertiga(But that's seems not in feedback).
3.WAS THE ROOM NOT UPTO THE MARK..?
we have upgraded the room from Standard to Deluxe(But no feedback on the same) we have also provided you room heater without any charge..
4.DID MY DRIVER / GUIDE MISBEHAVE OR NOT COMPLETED THE SAID ITINERARY?
My company has appointed them and all our staff are well trained and has sound knowledge of their services , that is the reason you didn't forget to mention them. My team have completed all the sightseeing points we have promised as per your Itinerary , as well as we have provided 5-6 extra sightseeing points which was not included in the Itinerary.(as we believed that guest should enjoy at the fullest )
5.WAS THE FOOD NOT UPTO YOUR MARK ?
We have provided you package on Breakfast (On daily basis hotels has included Bread Butter ,Jam,Egg,Alu Paharatha,Curd, Cornflakes, Tea Coffee, Juice.)
The main issue was the rate, you was not ready to make the final payment.
Maam please note we don't charge for service which we have not provided,but on the other hand we work on very small margin and waiving any amount after final discussion is not possible as we have to pay to our drivers and Guide the exact amount and on right time , so that they can provide our Guest the best service all time.
Total Package was 79,000/- +5% GST = 82950/-
You paid 40,000 for confirmation, 30000 1 day prior arrival and rest amount you had not interest on paying. Every day you were making excuse for not paying it.
Guide Charges was 1500 per day which you want to do it only on 500/- per day.
You have not even paid the first days Guide charge, on the final day you have paid only 8000/- and left the Hotel.
My Sincerely request to everyone please don't use this page to threaten someone , but instead provided feedback to us so that we have learn and improve our services on regular basis.

Punakha hotel was pathetic. Hotel kingaling.
Also in taksang paradise I was given small room. Even after making proper booking and territory had confirmed me suite room. But Vikram the owner used to not pick calls after hearing the problems. Overall OK OK experience.

We have gone through your feedback and found out that you have missed some of the point here.
We agree that there has been change in the hotels name during he last moment which has been already initiated to you before your trip started.The Hotel which has been booked earlier at Thimphu was White Tara roome rate @ 4000/- was upgarded to Ramadha Valley room rate 22000/- per night that mean we have upgrades your stay from 3 Star to 5* Deluxe and your was very happy during your stay which you have forget to mentioned.
The Change in the hotels was due to Bhutan govt sensex poll which was declared at the last moment , the situation was so bad that all other agencies had to cancel their booking but since we have a strong in Bhutan we managed to accommodate all our guest to upgrade hotels. .
We have been following with you regarding the Transport(Toyata Haice) provided to you and the driver services which you have mentioned that its was as expected.
The room at Taksang Paradise paro has 12 rooms and all rooms 12x12 double occupancy and Triple occupancy 12x14 .I believe all rooms are spacious enough but as your request we have made a room change on the next day .
Sir as mentioned earlier we are much into providing better service to our guest rather then confirming any booking .
Your feedback will always help us the learn our guest need and improve our services , but 1* star , i believe really dont match to the our services provided.

We had an amazing vacation in Bhutan thanks to our agents. I contacted the company this January through Territory Travels and after a few emails about us (family of 3 with active 2 old boy who loves nature) Vikram planned an amazing trip. Our entire vacation was perfect and hassle free. I can't stress enough how everything we did was terrific and taken care of. There were no stresses for me about what we were doing, how we would get there, would we know where to go, when and where we would eat, how we would get back, etc. it was a true vacation for the parents and kids!!! Full of family time, great cultural experiences, lots of learning, and delicious meals. I'd also add that for the services provided (private everything, amazing tour guide, and very customized itinerary and schedule) the pricing was very reasonable. Again a completely stress free vacation re logistics and activities for the parents - so it was what a vacation should be - family time having new experiences together. Thanks Vikram
