What's Good: Selection of private island at Mafushi, Maldives and accommodation.
What's Not Good: We are not guided that we should first go to public island and then later to private island for present experiences. Further, in our stay at public island the hotelier provided pool with salt water. Pathetic.

What's Good: We are repeat customers, that itself should say a lot about Holidify. We booked Maldives trip and it was well organized. They understood our requirement and suggested the resorts accordingly. We also booked a family holiday to Varanasi, they were able to accommodate last minute changes and also suggested great places to visit. They have a great knowledge on places and provide economical options

What's Good: Trip was organized very well. Though it was ny first time I didn't get to bother at all cause everything was managed by super club.

What's Good: From the moment I booked Package with Super club Holidays, the entire journey was seamless, stress-free, and filled with exceptional service.

Hotel Accommodations: The hotels they selected were simply fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, each stay felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in selecting properties that reflected local culture yet provided top-notch comfort was impressive. The quality of the rooms, amenities, and overall ambiance exceeded our expectations.

Cab Service: The transportation services were punctual, comfortable, and incredibly well-organized. The cabs were always spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a smooth journey. The rides were comfortable and made getting from one place to another a breeze.

24/7 Support: What truly stood out was the excellent customer service provided by Ms. Sweta. They were available around the clock to assist with any questions, changes, or requests. Whether it was a minor issue or a last-minute adjustment, they were quick to respond and resolved everything promptly.

Overall, Ms. Sweta made our trip unforgettable, and I can’t thank them enough for their impeccable service. What's Good: We had a great experience with super club holidays package. We will always remember this trip and 25th anniversary decoration and arrangements were well driven thanks for making my event a successful one.Had great hotels and mallard hotel is the best one and service was really awesome.
What's Not Good: AC in cab from katra to srinagar was a problematic but rest assured is really great .But u tried hard to keep up the things roshan bhai.

What's Good: Everything!! I have been to couple of trips through Superclub Holidays which includes domestic and international and everytime they have managed to surpass the expectations in regards to coordination, transport, sight seeing, hotel, etc. They are one phone away if you face any issue regarding anything though I haven’t faced any so far. My go to partner is Superclub Holidays for any trip now. My. Syed is super helpful and gives the best itinerary so that your trip ends up with lots of memories. Highly recommend to everyone.
What's Not Good: Nothing to be specific, they are attentive on call so if you don’t like anything they will arrange alternative things

What's Good: My recent travel was to Kashmir. Our travel agent Airaz was incredibly helpful.He was available all the time.The attention to detail and personal touch made our trip truly easy and unforgettable.Thankyou
What's Not Good: Everything was well managed

One of the worst travel agents I've ever dealt with. They booked us a dinner cruise that served cheap food and was filled with a low-class crowd. They also misled us about adding Palolem Beach to our itinerary, despite clearly stating it would be covered on Day 2. Every time we asked about it, they demanded extra money. After taking our payment, they disrespected us and never picked up our calls. I’ll make sure to leave as many Google reviews as possible to warn others about unprofessional behavior. Please don’t book with them.

This is the 3rd time I am booking with Superclub Holidays and let me tell you, my entire experience was smooth. Infect I think I had been very demanding in terms of options and facilities but Preeti has made sure she answers all my queries and planned a good trip for our family.
I even recommended this company to my friends and they have similar experience.
I would continue to book with them as they have given me good offers and package till now. I have been to Maldives twice and 1 trip was to Sikkim and we dint have to worry about anything.
Everything was good about the trip and planning. Nothing really to complain about..
They are pretty much upfront about pros and cons of any stay.

Very POOR SERVICE, they are making bad Room info shared not meet reality. I took package to Srinagar in Jun 24.
they stayed me in GUESTHOUSE on name of hotel, ever on the name of Gulmarg booked stay 20 km DOWN /away in KUNZER. How can they stay you in plain on the name of hill station??? Height OF misleading
Hotels book even don’t have power backup and AC .(Srinagar and other similar plain places temp around 30-35 in June)
SUPERCLUB HOLIDAYS Travel agent Tried to convince me that I have booked non AC taxi , and dictate me on same. Though it was AC cab as per initial proposal. So please check cab should be AC(you need in June, traffic jam)
Worst part is travel representative never intend to solve your issues. And keep unanswered your calls. These guys don’t have any info of local places.
They also not provided me agreed hotel after taking advance,

U don't want to spoil ur trip. Then won't book from here. Cab driver stopped the car in mid way asked for more money in last day before 2 km from airport. So u will be stuck. He will force u to visit his commissioned shops only. Lack of knowledge. Drunked

I recently had the misfortune of booking a trip with Super Club holiday, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only did they provide extremely poor services, but they also had the audacity to ask me to get off their car in the middle of the journey.

I would strongly advise anyone considering booking a trip with this company to look elsewhere. They are not worth the risk or the hassle.

In my view - This guy should be fired if the company wants to grow.

Amazing experience and we had an amazing trip to manali. Mr. Bhaskar is nice and polite and he was always available irrespective of anything.
