India team was good, did answers all our questions with proper tone and hospitality but the dubai team was revenue focused and didnt have custom experience centric plans. All places were having the minimal package amd tours(cheapest option) last moment upgrade and booking were not possible at some places. dhow cruise was very bad. desert safari, miracle garden and global village was completed in hurry and proper time was not goven to complete these places. We asked to upgrade the burj khalifa for 148th floor (definately with extra charge), but it was totally worth the money.
