Trip to Himachal Pradesh.... It was very nice and memorable trip. We had an amazing experienc especially snow experience at Sissu/Rohtang Pass at Manali and river rafting at Kullu was breathtaking. The trip was customized to our needs and requirements. It was also value for money. The driver, Mr. Aman provided by the travel company, Sparsh Himalaya Travels, was very skilled and very well mannered person. Food was tasty at the hotels booked for us. All the things were perfect from start to end. Overall it was a wonderful trip. Everything was well planned and nicely setup. All thanks to Ms. Tripti Thakur, Sales executive /Travel Guide from Sparsh Himalaya Travels who managed and handled every aspect of our tripf from start to finish.

No star for this travel agency as they are not at all professional they don't provide anything as per promised they ruined our himachal tour with total unprofessional service they don't have professional drivers who can guide even they don't cover all spots whaich they provide as day to day itenary every day our driver has skipped spots. I will never recommend to travell with this company atheist not for himachal as per my experience, also after complaining co ordinator ans owner of the company they didn't help us with issue we were facing during trip .very disappointing trip of my lifetime. We have tried adjusting multiple things but after that also trip was total mess not at all happy with sparsh travell agency . If they belive in good service provider and belive in client happiness this mistakes during our trip there was possibility to avoid or change but they didn't wanted to do that even their moto was not clients happiness I believe.

Do not book without reading all itinerary details; certain information may change after booking is confirmed. Hotels are also located outside and area of low quality. Service is very hectic after the travel starts. I strongly recommend avoiding this company
