We travelled Andaman in the month of January this year with setmytrip.they arranged everything well and nice..thanks tripcrafter and setmytrip.

Recently back from the Kashmir trip with my family of 12 members. All the arrangements were fine.

As a corporate client Promise India has always been our first choice since 2014.We visited Assam and Arunachal with them in the last puja vacation in October while our first trip was to Thailand was long back in 2014.This is our third trip with setmytrip and Everytime our group was handled properly.Only thing which they have to improve is the communication.Best of Luck.

We were a college students group from Kolkata and availed the North Sikkim Trip of Promise India Tourism in the month of October. We visited Zero Point, Mt Katao, Kalapathar, Gurudongmar Lake and Yumthang Valley in North Sikkim.They provided us the reasonable rate and we booked them. Everything was just perfect.

All the arrangements from food to ferry, from sightseeing covered to hotel everything was just fine for our group of 30 college students. Memorable experience in Jolly Buoy Island. Just amazing view of living corals. We will suggest everyone visiting Andaman Islands to choose the meal plan wisely as food in Andaman is very costly. Thanks Promise India Tourism.

Excellent Trip. Enjoyed 7 Nights and 8 Days Tour Covering almost all the renowned places of the group of islands.Reasonable Cost.Went in Deluxe Package .Deluxe means according to the SetMyTrip is staying in 2 Star Hotels.Havelock we stayed at Moonlit Sands Resort,a good one.Diglipur is the most Amazing Place in Andaman & Nicobar.We were a group of 30 People
working in LIC from different states of India,specially from Kolkata.O n behalf all of them we want to thank Promise India Tourism for providing the excellent Services in the Best Price.

Worst travel agent, no communications, no respect, poor rooms, cheap hotels they provide in the DELUXE package.
If you want to lose money then go with them.

THEY ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE ,,, NO PROPER COMMUNICATION... EXPENSIVE ... ... SIMPLY AVOID THE SMOOTHIE ...

it is come to my knowledge that there is some error in calculation in package offer (Invoice) by you as per following
Thus excess payment made of Rs. (225000-223200 = 1800)

And as per your oral commitment Rs. 1400/- was graced by your self for improper facility against hotel Vajrakilla at Gangtok.

Further more as per your commitment ropeway riding at Gangtok was to be provided but unfortunately it was not done. And Mr. Tanmay had been committed that cost for the same should be remitted. For that total 14 (Person) X 120/- Charge for fare = Rs. 1680/- should be refunded.

Thus total sum of Rs. (1800+1400+1680= Rs. 4880/-) is to be liable for refundable.
Also you are agree to refund in 7 day but after 5 month not refund & not received phone

this trip are organaized with out communication , and the tour plan change in the in time in the location. and the agent are not received my phone and trip are fully chande but packeg rate are same . and 2 day diner incliding my packege , but not infrom in the hotel , bad services and total day wastage are the time the representative not received my phone so i need my two day lunch money and extar charge the shight sheen. but they are not received my phone.

I should say, Promise India Tourism is the best when it comes to enjoying a tension-free and happy vacation. I have done three trips with SetMyTrip and I had an awesome experience. First, it started with Andaman where we faced no difficulties at all, be it car booking or accommodation or tickets or anything. You guys have super packages which are not very costly and also customize the trip as we want. I also went to Arunachal Pradesh and West Sikkim along with my family. And the best part is I don't have to worry about anything at all. Everything was ready for me and you guys were in contact with us throughout the trip. In case anyone faces any problems, you have always arranged some alternative. I would highly recommend anyone to go with SetMyTrip as it does promise an amazing trip. Thanks promise India for such a lovely experience. Keep doing the great job.
