Sarovar Holidays

It was an excellent trip to Darjeeling, Pelling and Gangtok in association with Sarovar Holidays especially Shiva Karki who arranged all the itineraries best suited for us as per my wife's requirements related to stay and sight seeings. The Resort/Hotels and the two vehicles that were provided were excellent. The whole team including the drivers of both the vehicles provided were so humble and communicative, especially Bishal Gurung (Innova - Darjeeling) and Nema Sherpa (Innova Crysta - Sikkim). I am thankful to Shiva for being so kind and cool for anytime I called him for assistance and for his quick response. I will definitely forward your reference to my friends or family for such well arrangements. You guys are awesome. And THANKS for your wonderful greeting at NJP Station.

It was a great experience to plan the trip of Darjeeling, Pelling and Gangtok under the guidance of Sarovar holidays. All the hotels and vehicle provided by them was fabulous. Our trip to sikkim was planned by Sarovar Holidays through tour travel world. We had an overall nice experience. Here is a detailed review Hotels: Hotels booked by Sarovar holidays were mostly good. Totola residency, Gangtok -5/5 Lachen Deezong- 4/5 Lachung Deezong - 5/5 (both food and stay was awesome) Sandarling residency Darjeeling - 4.5/5 (Wonderful, however, Food options few for kids) Transport: The 6 seater Innova provided was very good, also, the Driver was well behaved and cooperative however, he was a bit reluctant in covering all the spots. Vehicle: 5/5 Driver: 4/5 Sarovar holidays support: The concerned persons from Sarovar Holidays (Mr. Shiva and Mr. Prakash) were very responsive and were available for all the queries, whenever called in spite of the on going festivities so 5/5 for support and pricing of the entire package. Overall I would rate 5/5 for the trip. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We completed a Eight day tour of beautiful Sikkim taking in the Cultural Triangle, the tea plantations, Sightseeing and The Gurudongmar lake. Throughout the tour we experienced time with the locals enjoying their delicious food and exceptional hospitality. Sarovar Holidays customised our holiday to meet all of our requirements perfectly. They gave us excellent support before and during the holiday. Their indepth knowledge of the Sikkim enhanced our experience.

They are bunch of frauds. They don’t pay to hotels. And customers are being stopped by hotel to pay. These guys have ruined our 12 days trip. We were kept waiting in freezing cold outside the hotel to clear the payment. They call themselves travel agents and they don’t have 15K to pay to hotels. All the dues we as a customer had to clear to come out. We had 2 small kid’s suffering on the way when the car was stopped because these buggers haven’t paid to the cab agency as well. It was a nightmare for us and we are still trying to recover our money (they promised something and they booked something else). They couldn’t arrange a car with luggage carriers what least can you expect. They have ruined our new year. I wish I could have -ve start rating for them.

It was a nice experience of vacation of Gangtok. The hotel as well as cab booking was done by the travel agency. The location of hotel was very good and heart of city . The cab condition and service was awesome

Recently we did Manali Trip with Sarovar Holidays, and Everything was well Arranged... Specially the Hotel in Manali (Hadimba Retreat) was so Amazing View From the Balcony was just Memorizing...Mr. Prakash was So helpful Throughout our Trip... Thank you so Much for Responding to our each and every queries & organising the tour so nicely...?

It was the most horrible experience. I can’t recommend anyone to go by this agency. This was a nightmare for us and we literally let our kids suffered in the dark night when the car was stop in between because the agency didn’t even pay to cab driver. We carried our kids on lap on 12 days trip over the hills because they couldn’t even arrange a cab with luggage carrier. This was our worst experience.
