This was our second trip with Rucksack Adventures. We had a lot of fun on both the trips. If we had any issue during the trip then these people would immediately solve it. We had a lot of fun on this trip. Thanks Rucksack Adventures.

Overall, it was a very good experience. The Sissu and Atal Tunnel were especially the places that we will cherish for a long time. Great job done with hotel bookings. We really loved the rooms and their views. We would recommend Hotel Larissa to anyone looking for a hotel with great service. Special thanks to Vikash and Gaurav for being patient and handling situations swiftly. The driver was quite good and experienced. The only issues that bothered us were poor coordination between the driver and Rucksack, which could be improved to give customers a superior experience. The other concern we had was that we were not given point-to-point drops in Manali to Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Buddhist Monastery and Old Manali, we had to walk to these places and couldn't even cover all the places as well. At a few moments we had to follow up with the Rucksack team regarding updates, especially changing Shimla's hotel last moment although Larisa was one of the most highlight points of the trip. It was a last minute headache as we were not expecting anything as such but it turned out better than expected but we had to shell out a bit more even though it wasn't a mistake on our part. Manali hotel even though the views were superior than Larisa but their service and food options were not upto the mark. Looking forward to upcoming trip with more and more better experience.

My experience with Rucksack Adventures was exceptional. They meticulously organized the itinerary for our trip to Dharamshala, Bir and Dalhousie, even with the short notice we provided. Every arrangement was handled efficiently, and they were incredibly accommodating, making adjustments to suit our preferences. We had a well-organized trip with Rucksack Adventures covering Rishikesh, Haridwar, Mussoorie, and Jim Corbett. The accommodations and transportation were handled efficiently, and the driver ensured a smooth journey. While we couldn’t spot a tiger in Jim Corbett, I’d recommend Rajaji National Park as a more convenient alternative for similar experiences. Bhavna and Vikas from the team were proactive in checking in with us and accommodating our needs throughout the trip, which was appreciated. For first-time travelers or families, their support in planning and execution can be very helpful. Overall, a good experience with satisfactory service. I traveled with my parents, and seeing them happy and satisfied was the highlight of the trip for me.

Had a great experience with Rucksack and to specially mentioned it was Vikas who managed all the things during trip and Mamta for panning the wonderful package. It was my first time with these people but definitely not the last one. Thanks for the giving us the wonderful memories guys.
