We had faced lot of problems to cover places mentioned in package due to Lack of intercommunication - no sightseeing in any of the places. Another major Disoponting point was about the vechicle..as per the package they should have given AC INNOVA vehicle but through out the trip they had to given DABBA Very OLD BOLERO car.. Which was not even having basic AC function and seating comfortabality. ( Actually INNOVA and XYLO kind of Cars are considered as Luxury vehicle in Sikkim). Finally only the good thing to be mentioned is regarding the hotels in all days.

Great service, very well-spoken and supportive staff. They arranged our stay and travel across Gangtok, Pelling, and Darjeeling. The hotels were nice and cozy, and the drivers were prompt. All in all, loved the experience.

Totally disappointed with Sikkim package (5N 6D) >> No communication between Marketing executive,Trip planner, car vendor and cab driver. Though package had lot of places, struggled to cover even one place in single day. >>Trip planner had poor knowledge on ground reality - that lead in improper planning
